We also drove up about a month ago and saw the "closed for the season" sign. Just called and the number is disconnected. I assume it is closed for good. Would be nice if they posted this on their website.

My husband and I stopped by for a bite and found the restaurant was closed. There was a sign stating, "Closed for the season.". I'm not sure what season.

We live in Toledo but just recently discovered this darling restaurant. We went there this very day for our Anniversary and loved it! The waitress was wonderful, the salad crisp and cold with homemade bleu cheese dressing! The rolls were crusty and warm. Our meals were fabulous. I had the salmon with sage butternut squash sauce and it was absolutley... More

Hidden in a small town is one of the best restaurants I have been to. I have always had great service and great food.

We recently rediscovered Frog Leg Inn and are so pleased we did. Owners Chef Tad and Catherine are attentive and present, service is smooth and efficient, food is always fresh, hot and INCREDIBLE! Their appetizers are not run of the mill, our favorites are the individual Beef Wellington, goat cheese with peach conserve, and the brie - all are Delicious!... More

Drive there from Ohio on whim Saturday afternoon and arrived shortly after 5 when they open and was seated right away. We had a lovely dinner and the atmosphere was very nice, cozy and relaxed. There was pleasant live music and loved the French accent the owner had when she came to welcome you...she was very gracious and even offered... More

This was our first time coming to The Frog Leg Inn. The service was great. We never needed anything. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on the menu. The drinks were very good. We ordered the new fresh strawberry purée with organic lemonade with citron vodka and a Sam Adams beer. We had frog legs as an... More

They now have live music monthly that is so good, you don't want to leave ! Also it's a great place for a private party or event! This place is a gem! I wish more... More

I'm from the Toledo area and had heard about this little "middle-of-nowhere" place but it took me about 5 years to finally drive the 10 or so miles north of Toledo to try it out. I'm glad I finally did. There were 4 of us and all the entrees were excellent. The service was also a pleasure, everybody was just... More

If you are a foodie, and have not eaten here,, make reservations.. better yet cancel your next one where ever it is, and change them. You won't be disappointed in your choice. I've sampled some of the best restaurants around, as well as famous steak houses in Chicago and elsewhere. I have yet to find better food anywhere. Now if... More
