They have excellent food but poor customer service, they don't like to answer questions and attitudes are very unacceptable for an already over priced Burger. Lady answered the phone after 7 rings or so and when she finally answered the phone she replied after I...asked some basic prices that " that's why we dont like to answer the phone". If you're not a regular this will most likely piss a paying customer off. I will most likely only return if im very hungry or have lots of extra money to spend because its over priced for the size and poor service you get.....Love the food but can do without the poor customer service. #makemyownlilassoverpricedburgersanddealwithmyownattitudeMore

White Castle on the outside, spartan on the inside, but it's what's on the griddle that matters. Little cheeseburgers - not sliders, just small - with plenty of onions grilled on top, a bit of ketchup and mustard. No charring or crust - these are...cooked on a medium heat only. It all comes together to make a special burger that probably hasn't changed much since the 50s. Apparently the area where Elmer's is used to be full of business and industry. It's run-down now but there were still, at 11am, four other customers there, albeit mainly for coffee. I hope this place can keep going for another 50. Open 24 hours.More

Old 50's style hamburger spot where they still hand pat the patties. Call ahead so your order will be ready for pick up as this is not a sit down restaurant.
