First of all, the parking situation and the wait staff are top notch. Safe and secure parking directly across the street. No worries. Our waitress seemed to be a newbie but she was charming and polite and such a nice young lady. She did a great job. The food was interesting. My husband got a salad with his Canadian smelt... More

Parking last night was easy out front before 7pm. Hostess friendly, waitress attentive. The bread was warm but the side salad was like bits of crepe paper, dry, skimpy. The wait for the main course was 25 minutes. Chicken marsala kinda dry and Bourbon pasta was so-so. I have seen bigger servings and tastier meals elsewhere for this price point.... More

Was excited to try this place, being from out of town. Saw the Triple D photos and thought I'd be in for a treat. Ordered the Fish and Chips and was somewhat disappointed. They were a bit overcooked, leaving the panko or breadcrumbs dark and a bi burnt tasting. The bread was very good - I'd suggested some homemade butter... More

I've been here a few times with friends. Great location in midtown Detroit. Easy parking and reasonable if not free. Food is good and quite a variety but a little pricey for what you get. I had 2 drinks and the salmon and it cost me $42! Atmosphere fun and eclectic. Waitstaff very accommodating, friendly and attentive.

This is a restaurant with Great food and a Cool, comfortable, casual atmosphere. The food (soup, entree & dessert) was all delicious, drinks were great. The restaurant is decorated with eclectic antiques and cool artwork. Our server was friendly, polite and efficient. Portions and prices were appropriate. There is a parking lot across the street for this restaurant which is... More

Chose TJ as our meeting spot for a day of sightseeing and reminiscing. Kyle did a great job with the Bloody Mary's. Atmosphere was laid back and crowd small for this early Saturday afternoon. It provided us what we needed. Did not order any food so no comment on that. Private parking across the street very convenient.

This is a perennial favorite - every time I go - like TODAY I always say 'We must come here more often!" We had a larger group (10+) The service was excellent! PRAISE for Casandra C. And the variety --- so good. People really had to wean down the list of options. DON'T SKIP dessert! Portions are very generous -... More

Atmosphere was pretty cool and it was very crowded so they must be doing something right. I think most people must go there for the beer because the food was not good at all.

Very comfortable interior! Interesting decor! Food options had great variety! Food was excellent, and fairly modest for a sit down "nice" restaurant! Waiter was very friendly and accommodating. We will go back!

We were interested in going here due to it being the first brew-pub in Michigan. We both ordered the House Brewed Doppelbock Braised Beef Brisket Panini and a flight of beer. Sandwich was pretty good, the beer was ok at best. Very cool atmosphere though. Won't be back, but glad we checked it out.
