The food was exceptional and the service outstanding. We were there on a busy Friday night of the international Marathon weekend & received service as if we were the only ones there. Would highly recommend. Our server was Fortis M- he was exceptional.

I have visited Greektown for decades. I love Greek food. The bread was great. My husband had the Greek Trio and he was happy with it. I had the Dolmathes. They are no longer made with lamb. The egg lemon sauce was watery and did...not taste of lemon at all. I won't be returning but will seek out another venue. The bar smelled horribly of smoke. It is regrettable that such a lovely destination has seen better days.More

Our of the 4 entrees we had, 2 were very good (spanokopita and grape leaves), while two were absolutely awful (chicken filet and 1/2 chicken). The restaurant needs a good cleaning. Probably won't go back.

This was a fun and very good restaurant. The ambiance was great and our service was excellent. The saganaki was wonderful and we loved the presentation. Our kids loved it! The food was excellent. Great experience in a fun area (Greektown) of Detroit. Definitely worth...a visit and reasonably priced.More

My son and I enjoyed the gyros and my vegetarian Mrs was pleased with the varied selection on order. Good food at a reasonable price, except that the very small Tzatziki starter at $9 is way overpriced.

Huge plates of drunk food that’s not very good unless you’re drunk. Servers are fast and attentive. Ambiance is old school upscale.

I have gone here many times...with dreams of rack of lamb in my mind. So very good. But, we waited for a very long time inside only to be told that we were called many times by the host...don't lie, we were right in front...of you the whole time...just apologise. Dishonesty breeds dissonance...that's a recipe for closure.More

Looking at Tripadvisor, there have been some negative reviews lately. Our group of 9 had an excellent experience recently and I want to give the establishment a Thank You. First, seating a group of 9 for a Saturday dinner is often painful at best. Maybe...we got lucky but two booths across from each other after a 15 minute wait was a win. Second, our waiter was fantastic! He knew his job. Was friendly and service oriented. A double win. He made sure we had fresh water, bread, suggested a Greek beer (good). 100% great. Third (most important), the food was very good. Wide range of items ordered from cheeseburger to daily lamb special. Everyone was pleased. Good food is the must. Fourth, not as important to me but to others... large portions. You will not go away hungry. This was a perfect very good meal with standard Greek food. Not necessarily Haute Cuisine but good food, lot of it, served in a nice setting. That's what we wanted.More

Being in the plumbing business I recognize the smell of sewer gas very prevalent in the Pegasus, it is from the drain traps in the floor, mainly in the bar, are rotted out and no longer holding the gas blocking water in the drain, it...is overwhelming when you first walk in, the employees are used to it, drains need to be dug up and replaced, health dept needs to address, not only disgusting, it's not healthy, that's why the floors are so slippery, also.More

I’m from Toronto and have some of the best Greek food around. This place had beautiful scenery and was always busy but the food was subpar. I ordered chicken gyros and received what was a chicken souvlaki sticks that was chopped up. Where I’m from...a gyros comes off a spit. Greek salad was better then avg and everything coming out for other people looked good. I think maybe our table ordered the wrong thing.More

This is the first review I have ever written based on very poor service!! We drove 5 hours for our yearly trip to Greektown in Detroit. Love the casino and Greek food there. We went out to dinner at the Pegasus Greek restaurant. While the...waiter was taking our order my wife asked if their soup came in a bowl or cup, because it did not specify. He rudely and in a very condescending manner stated " I did not measure it - how do I know ". My wife just asked if it was a bowl or cup, not if he MEASURED IT". He then repeated his previous statement. He eventually took our order, which did not include soup, but then asked numerous times if we wanted the soup. We repeatedly told him no. He would not take no for an answer. He left and then a few minutes later he walked by our table, and without even slowing down, set a bowl of soup on our table and blurted out, on me. My wife at this point was so upset she couldn't eat her meal. I rarely write reviews unless something is exceptional or is very poor. PS - The food was excellent but our night out was absolutely ruined by the rude waiter. We will avoid Pegasus on our next visit since their are many other better options in Greektown.More

Revolting overpriced food. What they optimistically call 'Taramasalata' was grainy, gloopy and tasteless. They should be ashamed to serve it. $10 for an insult to a Greek staple. Then dry lamb chops, served with warm overcooked slimy rice; burned, bitter, mushy eggplant and potatoes which...tasted as if they had been taken from yesterday's garbage. No pita bread - just stale white loaf which dried and curled at the table. $35 each to feel sick for the next 24 hours. The atmosphere here is great if you are drunk. My sister thinks this review is too kind.More

I love Greek food, but I was underwhelmed by the food and the presentation. Feels very 80’s with no flair in their dishes (other than the flaming cheese) and pretty pricy. Nothing special and I had the lamb chops. Wish I had spent my $50...somewhere else.More

The floors at this restaurant are FAR BEYOND slippery. Its hard to walk in there. Its almost like they have oil mixed in with their mop water. I went there tonight and ordered the Sunday Chicken and Ribs special at 8pm My guest and I...ordered the same combo. We waited a half an hour and the waitress came back and said your food is almost ready. 5 minutes later she came back and said they were out of ribs....WHAT??? I told her we would pay the soft drinks and leave. She didn't charge us, which was nice. But out of their sale item, and being told its on its way out, and it wasn't. Most disappointing. I gave it 3 stars because the last time we went the food was good, but the floors are awful and needs to be addressed.More

I am not sure as I just ate there the one time and paid by credit card. They seem up to date on things so I would call and ask them. Good luck to you.

I don't remember everything about the menu. I would suggest that Mr. Matuszak call them and ask.
