Such deliciousness awaits you at Astoria Bakery! Huge selection of baked goods. We bought many different treats including canollis, meringues, cookies, and brownies. All were so delicious! Definitely a must see when in Greektown!

In Detroit for 2 days and went to Astoria 3 times. Great greek bakery with great service. Kind of new York style bakery. Pastries packed in boxes and tied with twine. Great place. Great prices. Worth stopping in.

Lots of pastries. I had a cream cheese brownie. The Rice Krispie treats looked amazing too. The bakery appears to be busy often.

The best hand packed ice cream ever! I take my girls here and they live it. Superman and Oreo are their favorites.

Great pastry shop that includes all your Greek pastries. As well as a huge selection of all other types of pastries. The shop is beautiful with different colors shapes and sizes of pastries. It is wonderful just to step in the doorway. Sampled multiple pastries over the week I was in Detroit. Everything was delicious. Definitely worth the trip to... More

If you are at the casino and you want some good cold ice cream or something sweet go to Astoria's they're the best.I promise you won't be disappointed rather you're trying to watch your waistline or are in excellent shape. It's something there for you, unfortunately it is expensive but everything is Downtown.

When I lived in my hometown, Detroit, I'd been going to this bakery for years for their fresh milk chocolate chip cookies!! Now that I've relocated, I miss this place because nothing else compares. Even with a hug line (this place is always packed) I'm usually in and out within 5-7 minutes max. This is definitely a Greektown staple. Every... More
