Whenever you see a place this busy, you know it has to be good. The Astoria Pastry Shop has a wonderful variety of delicious desserts and treats, including their well-known baklava, ice cream and coffee. It is well worth the line and I highly recommend the macarons and the honey curls!

This pastry shop in Greektown offers a variety of pastries not only from Greece, but also from other parts of Europe. Everything looks delicious and therefore I stopped by again with friends while visiting Detroit.

The best pastry in Detroit. A must stop after eating at any of the fine restaurant in Greektown. The only negative is the long lines.

The highly praised baklava was decent. The cannoli was bad. The ice cream was really good! Too expensive. Not worth the price. But I'll probably be going back soon to try other items.

Certain items are fantastic, while others taste like they have been in a refrigerator for a while. Love the way they box up the items you order. Ice cream is mediocre. Prices are reasonable.

They have some of the best baklava and cookies in the Detroit area. The baked goods are always fresh and taste very yummy!

We went here after eating at PizzaPapalis in Greektown. One dessert was better than the other. My favorite was the baklava. The service there is also great; the people behind the counter know how to move people in and out of there and are pleasant while they do so. I will go there every time I'm in Greektown.

I just had the chocolate cronuts this morning. They have chocolate on the inside to. If you warm it up they are really gooey. The Sugar cookie we got was great. Not to sweet.

So many people rave about this place. The presentation is amazing, but the desserts are just average and at times dry. I am probably a minority in this rating, but I think there are many other places that offer much better tasting desserts.

This place is a tiny dessert place. We always stop in after we eat dinner or when we are downtown for an event. My kids love all of the great, tasty desserts!
