Visited here for the first time on Sunday, it will not be our last visit. Had the Eggs Benedict and was not disappointed. We also had the Ham and Cheese Omelet, Florentine Eggs Benedict, and the French Toast. All the dishes were amazing. Prices were...More

We were visiting friends in Detroit and had our dog with us. My friend hadn't tried Brooklyn Local but she noticed they had a dog-friendly terrace so off we went. What an awesome surprise. The food was excellent! I had scrambled eggs, marble rye toast,...More

This was a random pick and I'm glad I refused to go to a chain. I selected the special and was pleasantly surprised. It was tasty: bacon, corn, and cheddar. However, the roasted potatoes were fair. Clearly they were made hours previously. C'est la vie.

Brooklyn Street Local has a great selection of brunch food on the weekend. The ingredients all seemed fresh, and the selection was good for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. The dining room is small, though, so the wait times on the weekend can run long.

An unexpected diner gem. Clean with great food and a good selection of vegetarian options. Plenty of parking and good prices for what you are getting. I got The Works burger (fried egg, bacon, cheddar, all the fixings on sourdough bread) with a Kale Caesar...More

They have a hipster vibe and a city feel. The customer base seems to be young people, it's not your fathers pancake house. You will enjoy the urban feel and garden to table endeavors that are fresh made with try me all over the menu.
