Good seafood, great service. Had an excellent lobster bisque and then scallops, both well prepared and presented. Good glass of Italian white wine to go with it. Server was very attentive and personable.

Recently dined here with a group of us in town on business. The food was excellent and the service attentive. I thought our server left a little too much time in between courses, but others probably like the more leisurely pace. The lobster bisque was creamy and delicious, and the walleye special had a very yummy asparagus risotto. Others in... More

I was in Detroit this month and had the opportunity to eat at Joe Muer's twice. The service was excellent. The waiters were extremely attentive and checked in to ensure any questions you had could be answered. For a starter, we had the calamari, Thai Scallops and clam chowder. For our entree, we had grilled swordfish with a side of... More

Started out with my friends on the terrace. There was a breeze, and nice umbrellas but the setting sun was blistering so we went inside. Nice service, good selection of food. Everyone was pleased. I had the raw tuna appetizer and it was amazing. Bread is very good. I highly recommend it.

Loved this restaurant. The Fruits of the Sea and Crab Stuffed Atlantic Flounder were our dinner entrees and very good. Martha Vineyard Salad very good also. My husband went with the Lobster Bisque because of all the great reviews on it He thought that it was good, but he felt that he has had better. Our carrot cake (big enough... More

Went for my birthday...John, our waiter was phenomenal...we shared birthdays...fun. Appetizers were crab balls and lobster corn dogs ..very good. They bring this bean salad on the table...I loved that! I had the special Halibut which was delicious. Others had hand caught salmon, swordfish and fruits of the sea with linguini. All were out of this world and hot. I... More

hands down fantastic. Loved our waiter John....anniversary dinner...lobster bisque soup was to die for...scallops were decadent...husband had the filet-medium rare-perfection. Coconut cake was unbelievable...yuumy yum. Carried our leftovers throughout the casino for 2 hours afterwards and made potato cakes with the leftover cheesy mashers the next nite!

Right on the Detroit River gives this restaurant a great location. The sea food selection was wide and I had crab, prawns and lobster which were all excellent. The accompanying mashed potato was a little bland but this did not distract from the overall meal.

Really great views of the river. Fine dining at its best. Service was excellent. A little pricey but well worth it.
