The meats at Redsmoke Barbeque are first dry rubbed in our unique spice blends and slow smoked for many hours in Hickory and Applewoods. The process of smoking meat creates the prized smoke ring, a pink discoloration just under the surface bark of the meat. These smoked meats may be enjoyed with one or more of our signature sauces:

For ribs, chicken, etc this place is very good. Great for pre-Tigers game lunch or dinner. We will be back.

I've always wondered how the food was so I stopped in. I got the ultimate pit burger and Mac & cheese. It was decorated really cute in there pigs hanging from the ceiling. It smelled fantastic in here.

Average Barbeque. The mac and cheese was good but nothing stellar. The brisket was moist (but I did get the fatty end, so it should've been). I was expecting a bit more given the competition in Greektown. Service was fair.

I am not really a BBQ lover but this was very good. I had the pulled chicken sandwich with the Michigan cherry sauce. It was so yummy. The BBQ chips were especially good too.

I agree with Kimberly, call the restaurant, but don’t not go if they don’t, the food is absolutely worth it.
