I came here during Happy Hour on Friday. I made a reservation for 6pm and arrived there at 5:55pm where I was promptly seated. I had the Roast burger, which was kinda bad to be honest. It was bland and not distinguished at all. I also ordered the highly-regarded Brussels Sprouts, which was good, but excessively salty and nothing special.... More

But it was still very nice. Cool bartender who makes a legit bulleit old fashioned. French onion soup had a great depth and a ton of onions, which is great. Shows it was made authentically. Solid sandwich. For a business traveler just looking to eat and go to bed, it was all I could ask for.

I have eaten in Michael Symon's restaurant in Cleveland (Lola) it was terrific. This is not Lola! Very disappointing The setting was upscale the food - chain food, not the Capital Grill, not even the Cheese Cake Factory. We had the bone marrow the pieces were high quality the topping was so salty you had to scrape it off. The... More

It has been years since our last meal here. We had a very pleasant server. The tuna ceviche starter was way beyond good. Our gigantic porterhouse for two was prepared perfectly, we tried our best to finish it but it just wasn't possible. Dark lighting and great chairs added to a very relaxing meal with my wonderful husband on our... More

We've been to Michael's Cleveland restaurants, but this time we had the opportunity to visit his Detroit restaurant. The staff was wonderful... and especially entertained by the family of brothers and cousins from ??? All of us agreed the food was fantastic... expecting nothing less from Michael and Doug.... and they didn't disappoint.... daffy

Could have been the best steak for two I have had since Peter Lugers or the Old Homestead. Grilled to a perfect medium rare. Slightly seasoned when served. Beautiful dining room, good server, excellent service staff. Good sides, but the steak is the reason to go.

I'm all about appreciating flavor, quality and experience but give me the meat! I've never been disappointed by a Michael Symon restaurant but I never want to leave hungry. On a side note, the Brussels sprouts are a staple side in my home!

This Restaurant is inside the Westin hotel. It is very cute inside and we got a booth that is secluded. The food is really good. Hubby and I both had steak side of brussel sprouts and rosemary fries.

The drinks were good, especially the Martini's. They even have olives unlike Selden Standard, that's another story. The Ceviche was very good, the Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad was pretty good too. My wife had the Beef Shortrib and it was ok but, the Smoked Pork Chop was good. Creamed Corn was very good, Brussels were just ok. For dessert... More

Had the Beef short rib and broccoli Rabe. Broccoli Rabe was tough and I could barely cut it. It was seasoned in goat cheese and pine nuts. Why does everything slightly healthy have to be smothered in butter and cheese!? So I was able to eat the leafy part. The short rib was lovely and tender. The Service was good... More
