Customer service was terrible. They have messed up our orders on three separate occasions all in a row very disappointed with the service. No manager to speak with.. one of the “chefs” was extremely rude. Wont even bother with this place again
I guess it's just best if I keep my mouth shut and leave this awful restaurant with my tail between my legs. That cabbage soup is exactly what I ordered...and it's all my fault.
I'm sorry I ever set foot in the door.
I best...keep my mouth shut....but you get the idea.
I'm 63 years old...and I don't know much about life, food or restaurants. I only have a culinary arts degree....and owned my own cafe for over 30 years me and my husband of 28 years.

I ordered shrimp ragoon, with chicken fried rice. Alfred thought it was bland tasting...nothing to write home about. The portion was adequate, just reminded me like it tasted bland....and I'm not a fussy eater.
The waitress is a rude woman that's short and unprofessional. And...we walked out without tipping our meal after we ordered it. My husband wanted to tip...and I said no! Usually it's the other way around...we're he tips too much..and I say no...sorry...
...not this time...and never again!
In truth...I would never trust eating something that comes from bickering employees. We listened to them quarrel in the kitchen when we sent the food back. It was also cold!More
I ordered Tom Kha soup. Most tom kha recipes typically include coconut milk, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, Thai chili peppers, coriander (or dill weed), straw mushrooms (or shiitake or other mushrooms), chicken, fish sauce, and lime juice. Waitress brought me something looking totally different....When I asked where is coconut mild, she said wo blinking-"inside". I told her I am sure this is not Tom Kha it is Tom yum (The taste of Tom yum is based on the sour and spicy tastes and looks red from spices) and asked her to talk to the cook. Waitress came back and apologized stating yes it was Tom yum. Asked me to wait until Tom Kha will be ready. When she brought new Tom Kha soup-it had no coconut milk and looked & tasted like simple cabbage soup. It tasted bad I left it on a table. I may understand waitress made a mistake but do not understands the NEED TO LIE to my face and try to convince me that I need to look inside the soup for coconut milk. They charged me for soup anywayMore
