Excellent staff, great service. Good beer selection, Yummy salad, pizza and pasta Fun atmosphere. Lunch buffet is great for a quick lunch!

Simple, when I’m really hungry there’s nothing like finding my pick-up order is EXACTLY how I imagine it. Delicious, fresh ingredients, made to order (including special requests). Perfect.

Kind of a burger guy. They deliver had it with a sub that we shared but was very good. We were served by Ashley and even though she was only working working on 4 hours of sleep she was great.

Have been to Riedy's several times when in Charlotte on business, and it is always the same...which is a good thing. Nothing negative to say at all, the staff always seem friendly and make sure you are well looked after, although it is not usually...very busy whenever I have been there. They have a decent selection of beers on tap and they are served ice cold. The pizza (which is all we ever order) is fabulous, loaded with fresh toppings and the crust is always perfect, chewy with a slight crispiness to it, delicious...a must try.More

My kiddos love Riedy’s pizza, order it every Thursday for lunch at school, and beg for it every night haha! Tonight, being Friday, we finally caved and decided to treat them. We made the mistake of ordering online, which the manager told us as this...is a nice service, the menufy system doesn’t offer all that Riedy’s has on the menu. The system must also be much different than they are used to looking at, as they missed part of the order. Lesson learned. Our garlic knots were burned, and we decided to drive back to the restaurant (after the kids had finished eating at home) to return them. The manager (Brandon, I think?) didn’t even hesitate to refund (plus a little extra to comp!), and did offer to remake them (which we declined). So what could have turned out to be a bad experience (as I was thinking), actually turned out to reinforce my belief that there are good people out there, who stand behind their product. We will be back!More

Riedy's has a large option of pizza's, even Chicago deep dish offerings. They make their own dough fresh every day, and it provides a solid and tasty foundation. They make their own sauce, and it has a zesty sweetness that makes every bite a reminder...that pizza is an Italian dish, and too many other places go bland with the sauce. The have many types of cheese available, always fresh, and always generous. No need for double cheese here. So many toppings are available, we are partial to Italian Sausage with Banana peppers and random other choices to make it different. To wash all this goodness down, they have a rotating selection of about 2 dozen beer taps, plus bartenders who can craft any kind of cocktail you want. They also feature a surprisingly large selection of single malt scotch, and a wide variety of bourbons. The bar side is a place where friends come to meet, and you will always feel welcome.More

The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived for dinner. In fact, we were the only ones in there at first. We ordered a couple of different pizzas and they were yummy and very cheesy. We ordered garlic bread, but the staff seemed to have...forgotten about it because it didn't come out until after our pizza (and after we reminded them about the garlic bread). So the food is yummy, but the service was so-so. We'd still go back, though.More

The food was okay but very overpriced and the customer service was subpar, the owner was rude to his staff..will not be returning.

Went to dinner with family, table of 9 of us. Waitress told us they were having issues with their computer system and it would take a lot longer since they were doing everything manually. We were OK with waiting since we were visiting with family....Waited about 30 minutes between drink order and food order but were still OK with that. Our waitress was very nice but running around like crazy. waited over an hour for the first pizza to come out - by that time we asked that our food be boxed up to go. Salad and hot dog came out next then 2nd pizza but were told 4th pizza go stolen or ticket lost. our waitress was still very kind but overwhelmed. eventually the owner came over to find out if everything was OK - I told him no, we were still waiting on our pizza. Instead of apologizing and trying to correct the problem, only grumbled about the staff and them not being able add without the computer. Eventually over 2 hours later received our pizza. Very good pizza but such rude owner without any attempt to make the situation right.More

Every time we come to visit, my wife and I have to stop for their Lasagna! Full of cheese, tasty meat and very flavorful, it is matched by the Sesame Seed garlic bread! Crunchy, crispy and earthy all at once! Just delicious! High School haunt...for my wife, can’t believe it is still here!More

The owner and staff are horrible! I can't believe they are still in business! The owner is rude. Food sucks!
