Went with family and 1 child. Food was not bad not good, average. Burgers were ok (not fond of shredded lettuce on a burger). Venison chili was uber spicy but good. Kids chicken was the last to come out-very late-not good with a 2 year old. I was a little put off by that, most restaurants bring out kids meals... More

Food was ok. Not much better. I had Michigan salad with salmon. Really ok. Husband had whitefish. Ok. Would not return for food. Maybe drinks.

The Moose is always pretty busy, even in the middle of the week, but we always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and good food. Great onion rings, the salmon is super and the pot roast delicious! Stop in and enjoy

Great environment and friendly staff. The food is average at best. The battered fish was extremely greasy and the batter needed to be pulled off to eat it. They have an interesting twist on Hungarian goulash. It is served with raw tomatoes and green onion tossed on top. The chocolate chip cookies are great!

Very good bar food. Guinness on tap. Small selection of craft brews. Went with a small group to celebrate a someone promotion. They handles a better that average size smoothly and quickly.

Went for dinner after reading Trip Advisor reviews. Started with Caesar salads and flash fried Brussel sprouts. Delicious! Had burrito, fried chicken, cowboy mac & cheese and shepherd's pie for our entrees. Everyone loved their meal. Great service and homey feel to the restaurant. Just like your neighbourhood bar/restaurant. Would highly recommend going to the Moose Preserve.

We were in town for Woodward Dream Cruise and found this nice diamond in the rough for lunch. My youngest son loves animals and the wall covered with dog pictures was a nice touch. They have a good variety of meats from duck, pork, buffalo & more.
