Friendly staff, accommodations for our picky eaters, and good sized portions. The only negative thing is the trash looked old and there were many bugs swarming it right next to the coffee.

If you are willing to drive to Beulah to enjoy the clear azure waters of Crystal Lake, this deli is also worth the stop. Wonderful bakery with fresh ideas about deli food that taste delicious and are priced right. Stay in the restaurant or take your bagels, sandwiches or cookies lakeside. Worth the drive for the scenery and the food!

Small deli in a small town. Very good sandwiches at a great price $7.99. Lots of meat freshly cut. I asked for rye and got pumpernickel but that's ok. Special of the day was a salmon and caper soup with a smoked turkey sandwich for $7.99. Sounded really good but we took ours to go and the soup would not... More

This is a nice bakery/deli to go to for some really good bagels and sandwiches. Our sandwiches were really delicious and quite large. The prices were really good for the amount of sandwich you receive. The meat was fresh and the condiments on the sandwich made it delicious. Great care was taken in coming up with the recipe for these... More

We have stopped her many times--it is truly a darling little café. We have had great lunches here as well--but not to be missed are their baked goods. Do check this place out if you are in the area.

Nice stop when you are in the area. Pastries are also available and it is conveniently located. Good to see them back after the fire.

For a deli up north in a vacation town, the L'Chayim deli is quite good. The bagels have the hard crust and airy middle - not like factory produced chewy bread. The sandwich fillings are varied including meats, veggie, chicken and cream cheese. There are bread options if bagels aren't your thing for sandwiches. This is a counter service restaurant.... More

Delicious bagels with great portion of cream cheese. Chewy on the inside and crusty on the outside. Price was $3+ They have other sweet pastries like cinnamon rolls and cookies.

We had breakfast bagels and coffee here and it was very good. We also enjoyed the local artist's show inside.

Being National Brother's Day, thought I'd take my brother out for lunch , somewhere we haven't been yet. Great choice. The breads, bagels etc. made there are great. The sandwiches were loaded with meat & cheeses. I order , what I figured would be your basic 3 meat sandwich, The Tripoli. Holy cow, it was like 2" thick of goodness.... More
