I have had bagels at L'Chayim a few times. I have never been disappointed. They have a wonderful variety and they make good sandwiches, too.

We like the egg salad sandwich, and there are some choices under their vegetarian offers which are also good. We like the people running the place and making the sandwiches, and the place itself is attractive.

L'Chayim is a fantastic Jewish deli offering delicious sandwiches, bagels, and other sweets. This is a great place to stop and pick up food for a picnic or before going out on the boat.

We bicycled the Betsie Trail from Frankfort to Beulah and stopped by the busy bagel shop for breakfast. Not too long of a wait & delicious bagels! Would recommend!

Great sandwiches prepared on order. Great for lunch on vacation. Prep takes a while when they are busy, but worth the wait if you are not in a hurry. Yum.

Good bagels, good deli. But, if you read about their new chicken shawarma sandwich, and start thinking 'excellent!', realize that you will be getting a good, but definitely not shawarma, warm chicken wrap with the chicken dusted in a very average American curry powder, and...More

The Tripoli sandwich was fresh with quality meats and cheeses. They bake their own bread and make an amazing Matzo ball soup. It seriously tastes homemade, which is a real blessing on vacation. The bagels are authentic and the gourmet cream cheeses taste artisanal. Authentic...More

The name of the deli and the "shalom" sign on he door were promising, but the sandwich was a massive disappointment. Lousy cold pastrami on rye with a smidgen of cold sauerkraut and a sloppy mess of Russian dressing does NOT a reuben make. Even...More

Have eaten here often with family and grandchildren. Lots of good choices . Sort of build your own sandwich. Fast service even on the 4th of July when busy. One shop in Beulah snd one in Frankfort, equally good. A family favorite.
