Terrible customer service and bread sandwiches with a few slices of cold cuts. Awful choice in Worcester when there are so many other great del’s to choose from.

I really enjoyed the Regatta Italian Club and glad to see it's a real italian bread as it says. (enough for 2 meals or a snack later). Will be back to try another item on the menu. ty

Went with high aspirations, but sadly it fell way short. Ordered two sandwiches, Meatball Sub and Chicken Parm Sub. The bread is huge and over-powers the sandwich. It makes it feel like I am eating bread and not meat. Only place I have ever seen...where they crush the meatballs in the sandwich. Flavors were bland, and chicken was not tender. I understand this is a difficult time, but the business showing loyalty to Regatta should be appreciated. Directions on how to order and enter are confusing, and if you make a mistake, be prepared. Hope it was just a bad day for the deli.More

I am lucky to be able to walk to Regatta Deli for lunch. The Regatta subs are great, love their Chicken Egg Lemon Soup, and all the salads are great as well. They have an extensive menu, a wide selection of drinks and chips and...even delicious desserts and candy if you need something sweet. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. Proud to support this local business!More

Just a great sandwich , for the money you cant go wrong. A Worcester hidden gem Service was quick and I have been there twice recently.

I always get the "Regatta" sandwich. No elses makes a sandwich on a big italian loaf of bread like Ragatta does. Other folks I have been with order other sandwiches and those are good also. Every now and then I crave a "Regatta" sandwich.

This sandwich shop has a huge menu with a great variety of choices. Sides, chips, drinks, desserts. I recommend calling your order in, it gets very busy here and parking is tricky. Worth it if you want a great lunch.

Always great. You cannot beat the Meatball sub. Fresh..fresh bread. Call ahead as they are usually packed. Friendly staff. Good prices for size of sandwitch..

It is a great tasting sandwich. Depending on who makes it how much meat you get. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they have very little meat and the some of the help like the owners are rude.

If you’re ever traveling through Wocester and have a big appetite, stop at Regatta Deli and order 2 Regatta clubs. The Regatta is a massive Italian grinder about the size of football. You won’t finish 2 in one sitting but you’ll love it so much...you’ll want another one…that is after your done being full, which will probably be the next day. 😊More

Regatta has some of the best subs around and the prices are cheap, but the lady that took my order was 1 of the rudest. I placed my order and maybe 20 seconds after I asked to change the type of cheese and she got...all hasty with me. Change your attitude with customers or go work in a factory!More

The people that own this landmark are proud to display the “ichthys” symbol of Christianity and of course, are closed on Sundays. But once you walk in and deal with the arrogance and superior attitude that the employees (owners) display, you just want to walk...out the door with a sign that says, “ Forgive them, they know not what they do”. Food is OK and it does not nearly live up to the reputation that this establishment enjoys. It seems that you can build a reputation around a ~ $5 Regatta Sandwich, which contains minimal (low end) cold cuts and lots (and I mean lots) of bread. There are many other genuine deli’s nearby in Worcester that far outshine this establishment with food quality and service.More
