This was our first visit to the Theatre Cafe thinking it was a new restaurant in the area. We were surprised to hear that the owners have been in this location for nine years. They were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Both...More

A quiet night in downtown Worcester sparkled with dinner at The Theater Cafe. We were the only people there - no show next door - so it was quiet, the service was perfect and the food was excellent. Fancy, it’s not, but if it’s great...More

Why did I wait so long to have the freshly cooked potato chips?! Probably because I'm not much for chips, but these were fantastic... making a chip girl out of me! I've had the LOVE wrap on several occasions and it is very good.

We had two meals here recently; lunch and then dinner a few days later. Location is great for pre-theater. Prices are reasonable (BYOB) and food is delicious. Tiny place so you definitely need a reservation. Ambiance is OK- not at all fancy but clean, quiet...More

Stopped in this place for breakfast/brunch before a Sunday matinee at the Hannover Theater. Great eggs, potatoes, pancakes and omelets. Nice staff. Note that they have limited seating that fills up quickly before and after shows so suggest you call ahead and/or make reservations.

A recent pre-theatre dinner proved to be exactly what we had hoped for - home cooking, location one block from theatre and intimate. Reservations are necessary although during our meal some tables were turned over and walk-ins were accommodated. We chose from the pre-theatre menu:...More
