Great steaks and service. We met and had dinner at 111 Chophouse on Friday. The service was great and very attentive. The bang-bang shrimp starter was tasty. Beer selection was excellent with several good choices. We got a soup and a salad as our pre-meal...the salad was very hearty, and the soup looked and tasted great. For dinner choices, we had trouble deciding so both opted for surf and turf. My son ordered prime strip steak and lobster tail and I got ribeye and crab cake. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The lobster tail was prepared well and cooked perfectly tender. On balance, the only misfire was the crab cake, which was meaty but was very fishy. It may have been around for a bit. All other food was very good. We finished with bread pudding and chocolate cake, which were both excellent finishes. Overall the entrees are a bit pricey. Great restaurant for special occasions.More

Had a great time at 111 Chop House. Despite restrictions on seating and wearing a mast our party of 5 had a great experience. The food was great and the service exceptional. Our waiter, Brandon was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant. Larry B

We chose the 111 Chop House because of the reviews of it's steaks, my hubby's favorite, and he was thrilled with his 12oz. sirloin - perfectly cooked and seasoned. I enjoyed my salmon filet, grilled, and we shared a layered potato side, also nice. Entrees...came with soup or salad. Wait staff attentive and helpful. We'll be back when the restaurants open again, and maybe visit their other restaurants in Worcester.More

Bartender was so rude after not even speaking with me to refuse service. After a very long day of the funeral of my mother. I arrived SOBER hungry and wanted s nice glass of wine. No. No hospitality from this place, guess they just rather...go home. As someone who runs restaurants I would never let my staff treat guests like I was. Terrible.More

Prices here are on the high end, leading to unrealistic expectations, which were fulfilled in every way. It has been over a decade since we've been here, but ventured back for dinner before a local show. Staff volunteered that if you have show tickets, they...will take $10 off an appetizer or dessert for each entree. WOW! So we split the Bang Bang Shrimp. It was worthy of being an entree on its own and more delicious than anything I've had in a long time. Our entrees included the Peppered steak and the braised short rib. Melt in your mouth goodness. Then we shared a dessert-the chocolate mousse. Without sharing it would have been a decadent, gluttonous mistake, but it was perfect to share and even more delicious than anything else that evening. With the $20 off, it was a slightly more expensive dinner than usual, but well worth it. A note about parking: They had $5 valet parking, but there is plenty of room to self-park in a lot in back. Access this lot via Hill Street and turn left to park behind 111 Chop House. Or turn right and drive past Via to a much larger free lot near the train tracks.More

We made a reservation for 10 with high expectations of a great time with the family at an upscale restaurant, and 111 Chop House delivered the goods! Our group included an infant, a fussy 3 year-old, and a 7 year old. The wait staff set...us up with a high chair and accommodated the children with cups with lids and straws, and even coo-ed a little over the baby. The food was fantastic, and the environment good for conversation and enjoying each other's company. They say you get what you pay for, and we gladly paid for the great experience we had at the 111 Chop House. We just might make this an annual event. I'll start budgeting now :-)More

Shameless....that would be me! Coincidentally planned with friends to have dinner here on a Friday night which just happened to be the day before my birthday. In my online reservation I requested a nice booth, away from traffic as one in our party was celebrating....That night we were graciously received and put at a lovely half circle booth with plenty of privacy but a great view of the beautiful restaurant. When our server asked if we were celebrating (the husband and I were still waiting for our friends) I said yes, my birthday is tomorrow. Jamie and Melissa were awesome! We had great food and attentive service. Dessert was presented with a happy birthday decoration on the plate and a candle. I ordered the maple chipotle pork chop served over bacon grits and green beans. It is a winner and a great value. Other standouts were the filet mignon and shrimp. Mac and cheese side was awesome too. My husbands prime rib was sent back for additional cooking. Came back to the table fine. But honestly, this place has so many more interesting dishes and cuts of meat than prime rib. Go for one of those. Blue cheese stuffed olives in my martini were heaven. Capping it off with dessert and a black Sambuca on the rocks? To die for. The atmosphere is still upscale but welcoming. Valet parking is available. Tip - many reasonably priced choices that include a side. If your entree does not, keep in mind sides are large and great for sharing.More

We were pleased that the restaurant honored a special seen on their website even though it was no longer offered,]. Disappointed that there is not a least a minimum of dress code for such an upscale place. T-shirt and sweatpants at the next table distracted...from our experience. Guess I'm just old fashioned.More

Good service, steaks are top notch but expensive. We went late night and had the bar menu. Prices are less and the food just as good. One side order feeds 2 or more. Worth a try.

I would consider the 111 Chop House to be more of an upscale restaurant. In my opinion people should be dressing up a little for this place but every time I've gone there most patrons are dressed very casually and some were... More
