Recently had dinner with both my parents are Ceres Restaurant in the Beechwood hotel, we sat outside as the weather permitted, the crowd was a little on the older side, which makes it a kind of more foral setting. We ordered to share the charcuterie slate, oysters, calamari, korean bbq ribs, iceberg wedge and a few bottles of wine

We were guests for a celebratory Sunday Brunch. The buffet that begins at 10:30 a.m. had a variety of breakfast foods (typical eggs, waffles, blintzes, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon/lox, potatoes, breads/toast, etc.) along with all kinds of salads and a wide choice of hot and cold luncheon items. I really enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese. The Mimosa's and Bloody... More

We chose to celebrate our first anniversary where we had dinner on our wedding night. While the food was good, the menu had not changed in a year except for the prices on the steaks. That may be fine for the typical diner, but one of us is vegetarian, so the only real option is soup and salad. Frankly, considering... More

With that being said, the bar man was outstanding. Our server had difficulty in getting things straight after receiving requests from our table of 7. Seemed perturbed at our delay. She was cordial but in our opinion, lacked overall skills for that level of service ... based on menu pricing. Food was acceptable. Duck was excellent. Filet was OK. Pumpkin... More

I visited on Christmas Day for their special lunch, with my wife, son, brother in law, and grandmother. We chose here as there were limited places open, but my wife has been here before and had a great experience. We had a good time, however it was a pretty average experience. Our waitress started off really nicely - she was... More

The fabric placemats were grungy around the edges, one water glass had caked on food, ditto for dirty flatware (two spoons and one fork), AWFUL coffee (we were there for lunch and it tasted as if it had been sitting since breakfast). While the Caesar salad with salmon was tasty enough, I suffered ill effects and was held hostage to... More

This is a must do if you are in the area. I was on a trip from New York , went on open table to find a brunch spot and this is what the result was. The food was amazing. So many choices, fresh, and flavorful! The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful! Brunch is held downstairs in the... More

If you read my reviews, you know i'm very picky. I sat outside and loved the patio. Andrew, my server, was spot on with great service. I had the calamari and also the tuna appetizer and then the scallops and shrimp over grits entre. The tuna sashimi was excellent and had a great presentation, i really liked the cucumber wrapped... Food is good, but menu is not particularly inspired, usual high end business dinner restaurant within Worcester's best hotel. Not a place I would recommend for family or social dinner with friends.
