Nice lunch special option - either vegetarian or chicken (prepared in the flavor/manner you choose i.e. tikka masala, Korma etc) very reasonably priced and included rice, vegetables, naan and a salad. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and server was friendly, attentive and food was served quickly. Spice level was perfect for me but needed more of a kick for my husband - I’m sure all you would need to do is ask. Would definitely go back again when in the area.

My wife went for the lunch special: the Veggie Thali, with Tofu Sag, $12.95, served in a metal tray with compartments -- tasted OK, but the presentation was unnecessarily cafeteria-style. I ordered Baghari Thinga appetizer, $9.95: chopped shrimp floating in sauce, looking like soup. The shrimp was tasty. I also had the Aloo Gobi, $14.95: overcooked cauliflower and too much potato. My wife asked for, and got, a plain lassi with no sugar or salt: fine. I had two cheap Chardonnays that were OK.

We had an early dinner hear after visiting The Clark Institute of Art. We love Indian food and we're surprised to find a great Indian restaurant here. We had a delicious Lamb Korma, one of the best we've had any. The sauce was amazing. We also had Chicken Tikka Masala which was also good. You can ask for a dish to be made hotter if it isn't shown on menu to be hot. We did that with the chicken and it was perfect med hot heat. We also enjoyed garlic naan which was great. We will be back as we'll be in the area next week as well. Service was very attentive which we appreciated. Servers wore masks which was also appreciated.

My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from here. Food arrived quickly but it was literally the blandest Indian food I’ve had in my whole life and totally overpriced.
My boyfriend recently started eating Indian food and he was disgusted at the complete lack of flavor. It was not only lacking in any hotness, but there was zero flavor. I was so excited to have Chicken Manchurian, but it was basically just chunks of plain chicken in a sauce which my boyfriend said tasted like the sauce that you get with Chef Boyardee or Spaghetti-os or canned tomato soup. Chicken Manchurian is supposed to be breaded with chickpea flour and fried and then sautéed with onions and green peppers and a little soy sauce in a light spicy gravy if you choose or without if that’s how you like it. The mattar paneer was the worst I’ve had in my life. For $17 an entree, I expect a little more.
Also, any Indian restaurant I’ve ever gone to always asks what level of “hot” you want- they didn’t do that, which should have been a red flag. They didn’t include any chutneys or papadums which is generally standard at an Indian restaurant. We were beyond disappointed.

We were deliberately overcharged on each main dish but didn’t check until the next morning. We were leaving town before opening time so we couldn’t go there. So just be warned to check your bill.
Otherwise our vegetarian meals, a daal and saag stew and a Chana stew were were nicely done.
The service was efficient. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Many locals seem to like it. Maybe the owner spotted us visitors as good marks.

Mild and average Indian food. If you are used to higher explosions of wonderful spices, then this is not the place for you. We lived in India and we are used to the real thing. We had chicken Rika masala , chicken in coconut sauce, grilled meat as appetizer, some garlic naan and a couple of Simosas. The simosas are pretty bad: full of potato and just a bit of meat, and over fried. The tika masala is ok and the coconut chicken is below average. The grilled meat appetizer was good.
We had the masala chai and it was just plain tea with milk…missing the cardamoms and all other spices

Plain tables, very boring room. Waiter must be tired or bored. Crab cakes worst than frozen ones from Hannafords, dense and not worth eating. Nan fine. Tandoori and entrees luckily quite better. Overall, not for me. Needs more nice decor, friendly enthusiastic staff, and more consistent good spicy food.

Absolutely delicious! We got takeout while in town visiting from the Boston area. What a fantastic find!! Amazing food, a great range of well marked vegan options, and seamless online ordering and takeout experience. We will definitely come back again the next time we are in town!

I like the ambience. I had the home spice chicken. It was OK. My wife had the lamb korma. Excellent sauce! Very tasty. Recommend that you go with any korma dish when you eat here. Prices reasonable. Service sluggish, but who cares, it's Williamstown and there's a lot of foot traffic outside for you to watch while waiting. I like this place but the food quality is definitely not as good as the Pakistani restaurant that we usually eat at in nearby Troy, NY.

I ordered online, food was ready promptly and staff were very friendly. My vegetable masala was delicious and came with rice. The garlic and cilantro nan was also great! Quick, convenient, and delicious, would definitely recommend.

My wife and I love indian food, but we had not had any since the start of the pandemic. We stopped here for lunch while visiting Wiiliamstown. Excellent non-vegetarian (that is what the restaurant calls it) thalis Too bad the restaurant is 100 miles from our house.

We went here for a Sunday night dinner. It was very busy - full of students - although note, as with a lot of places, it shut early.
We shared starters and then I had chicken sag: very tasty. The Sam Adams beer was also very good.
