Our second visit, a couple of years apart, to Hops and Vines. This time we ate late (9-ish) and selected outdoor seating at a cafe table in the gravelled garden. Wonderful setting for couples. There is ample room inside and several seating variations. Casual and decent service. Food was above average and a good value - we chose from the... More

We wanted a pre theater meal and this place filled the bill. We didn't have a reservation (advised) so we ended up at one of their community tables which worked out just fine. In addition to their regular menu there was a bar menu with somewhat lighter fare which appealed to us. The emphasis on local providers is, of course,... More

Nice place to grab a drink. Lots of different beers. Wine selection is sparse though. Nice patio. Waitstaff did not impress.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice restaurant. We drove by and noticed how quaint it was and decided to give it a try. We were delighted with it. He had scallops and I had a pork dish which were both great. They have an appetizer which is out of this world! It is garlic spread and bleu... More

We were looking for a pub like atmosphere for a light meal and were lucky to choose Hops and Vines. They have a wonderful selection of beer and wine. Equally impressive was the servers knowledge of the choices. She helped us make perfect choices. The food was equally as good. My friend had a warm salad of roasted cauliflower with... More

Stopped by here for a beer and some oysters. Both were great! Good tap selection. There's a small outdoor seating section, which is so pretty. Super easy to get to. Parking out front.

This was a great place to end a long day of sight-seeing. The beer selection is outstanding. We didn't love the burger as much as we wanted too -- a little overcomplicated -- but there's nice outdoor seating, free popcorn in the barroom, and a nice overall feel to the place.

If you like craft beer I would recommend this place. They had some unique and tasty beers. The food was delicious and the service was top notch.

Great beer selection. We intended to just stop there for a drink and then go somewhere else for dinner but the service and atmosphere were so inviting, we decided to stay. A seared tuna entree special was perfect and the fried chicken was excellent. We shared a pear crisp, recommended by our server, and it was wonderful. Wish we lived... More
