Restaurant we wanted to go to was closed, so we stopped here for a quick lunch. Have been here before and it was ok. My husband ordered a can of beer, and I ordered a bottle of beer. Calamari for an appetizer. Salad for me and a sandwich for my husband. The bottom of both beers were covered in a... More

This is a low key local restaurant with good basic food at great prices. Into the fall, they offer a double boiled lobster special unbelievably cheaply. they do one of the best jobs of cooking lobster where it is sweet and hot but not gummy or overcooked. Although I have enjoyed my last lobster for the season, I am going... More

Food is always good and plentiful. Bar is fun and everyone talks to everyone. They also have trivia nights, etc. The seafood specials are always good and reasonably priced.

Fantastic value. Had the double boiled lobster with soup, veggie and potato for $19.99. It was all wonderful. The lobsters were so sweet and just cooked so they weren't rubbery. The service was fantastic - very quick and so pleasant. Have to go back after the summer and try other things.

Had been looking for a local place to get some steak tips and a gift card to try Jackson Sq Tavern so I gave them a shot for dinner tonight as I had never been here before. Got an order of regular tips and an order of teriyaki tips and both were fantastic. The marinade was almost not needed as... More

This was good when our kids were young; reasonable prices and good sizes. It is known as a great local place. It would be a great place to watch a game while you ate. Not so great if you want to go out for a meal and not be distracted by the screens. We don't choose it anymore, as our... More

This place makes up for the outside with great comfort food a cheap price! The buffalo wings are excellent, not too hot, just the right punch. I had a salad with chicken, which was cooked perfect. A very nice bar with comfortable seats, TVs for your viewing pleasure

Went for seafood dinner and were greeted at the door by the owner. The place was jam packed with all the tables (maybe 15 total) full. Were asked to wait in the bar which was hosting a birthday party. It was jammed too! But the owner called one of the bartenders over and said he'd get us a table just... More

The atmosphere isn't great, but who cares??? The food was plentiful and excellent. Great service, too! We all started off with either clam chowder or soup, included with our entrée. No complaints. Came with breadsticks and oyster crackers-an excellent starter. We had 3 different entrees and loved them. My brother reported that the ribeye was great. Our server made sure... More
