Went for dinner and had an ok visit. There were only 2 tables with people when we arrived, got sat right away but then took 15 minutes before she came to take even a drink order, we also ordered food at same time. Drinks took...about 5 minutes food about another 10. Drinks and food were very good. The restaurant itself needs some definite work though pealing wall paper everywhere floor needs help kinda gives you that feeling that things probably are a little dirty even in kitchen, I will say though that the bathroom despite needing work was very clean. Everything said I would eat here again food was good.More

Been here before... it was never anything special.. today the place was almost empty at 1:30pm. Got General Tso Chicken. It was tasty but the rice was barely warm and the spring roll was room temp. Come on people! Make an effort! And maybe put...up some new wall paper instead of repairing ripped sections with scotch tape. 🙄More

This is the best Chinese food in West Springfield. There house fried rice and beef teriyaki are amazing!! We get take out here whenever we can. We have eaten there as well, decor in nothing to write home about but it didn't matter.

Never a problem getting good Chinese fare at great prices served quickly so we can make a movie right next door at the West Springfield Cinemas. Fastest high quality Chinese food we have ever seen. When we are short on time and need to make...a movie it is our groups restaurant of choice.More

Food quality is average, but décor is tired and needs freshening. Has tables to dine in, and does a busy takeout business. Prices are reasonable, food is ok, but you can do better.

We were thrilled to find this restaurant. We ordered General Tso's chicken with fried rice and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, plus steamed dumplings. The portions were huge, and the food was delicious. We had leftovers the next day.

Restaurant is small but the service was great and they have a large menu. We both had a combo and both were tasty and hot. Reasonable prices. They do have a delivery service (which appears to be a separate company) but when we called it...would have been 2 hours to deliver across the street to the Hampton Inn so we walked over. Other than that it was great.More

I have only been to this restaurant a handful of times in the past 20 years but it was a great choice after seeing a movie across the street. We had a wonderful meal with great service by a veteran waitress on Christmas Day. Loved...all of our dishes and particularly was impressed by delicious spare ribs, just like I had growing up. Main courses were not too salty or greasy. Very generous portions and quick service but the decor is extremely dated. Still the food was excellent and we trusted the quality of food. I would definitely return.More

North Garden has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for two decades. The wait staff and owner are friendly and attentive. The food is the best tasting Chinese food that I have found in the area. The eggplant dish is a pleasant mix of sweet and...savory. Sesame chicken crispy crust and moist inside with a slightly sweet and sour flavor. The vegetable tofu is a nice blend of tofu and seasonal vegetables.More

I ate there recently and had the sweet and sour combo dinner. I will say the place is hard to find but the positive it is a very clean place and well kept unlike many Chinese restaurants I have seen and been. My meal was...just OK. Egg roll was standard frozen Chinese restaurant fare. The sweet and sour chicken sauce was good but the chicken looked like state fair corn dogs. They batter was extremelly thick on the chicken. I prefer it light. It was OK tasting but over battered. I am not sure if I will go back as I like my Chinese food less frozen and more fresh. The fried rice was very good though.More
