Worst ever. Food is dry and with poor quality as it is been left out too long. When you tell the staff, they ignore you. When you tell the manager, she gets upsets and starts talking while walking away from you. Worst customer service experience...with poor food quality. Stopped again at this expansive dinner buffet after spending the day at the Big E exposition center a few miles to the south. Located in a large mall off Route 5 in West Springfield, this restaurant has many items (mostly Chinese or sushi) at multiple...self-serving areas. The service from the waitresses was good, as your drinks were promptly refilled. The various serving trays were reasonably fresh; this place is busy enough that the items are periodically updated. A good place to sop by if you are hungry.More

While attending the fre AAA Dream Destinations Fall Travel Show we got our morning free lift ticket passes worth $189, attended the booths, then scooted over to West Springfield for a bite to eat. Many bites to eat. Many themes of food, from seafood to...Chinese and American. The roast beef was the best. There really were too many things to choose from. Except for the pudding that I got with my meal, I didn't even get dessert! The ladies got Hibachi where you chose the food and they cooked it for you. I had all varieties of food and was stuffed. The buffet ranged in price from $12 lunches on weekdays to under $15 for Sunday meals and was well worth it. The food was fresh and full. The waitress brought me a steak knife as I was cutting my beef with a spoon, but it was working! We went back over to MGM and got $246 worth of free ski passes for the 1pm afternoon entrance gift.More

Plenty of choices from Salads, to meats, fruits, and desserts. Desserts could be improved... The grill is good as well. The coconut chicken is the best!

Midday is not the best ime to visit a buffet. BUT, this is an exception. At 3PM all offerings were fresh and the trays were full. A nice selection. You have the choice of paying lunch or dinner prices(some trays were marked for dinner guests...only like whole crabs and full ribs (without that terrible red sauce often seen on this entree.More

The majority of the food was cold. Ended up paying $28.22 for me and my daughter which was a big waste. We we're there no more than 10 min. When I complain that the food was cold the lady pointed to the steam at the...buffet and was like "look food warm"! I will never go back. Lack customer service. First what I liked. Plenty of seating carpet is clean. Private area for large groups. What I didn't like. The crab served here is fake. The salmon and shrimp lacked flavour. The rice had no flavor. And the jello tasted like it had corn starch...in it. It's not a reasonable enough price if your going to be disappointed. We took our daughter here for her birthday dinner. She selected it. I would not go again on my own. But if she wants to I would. Just avoid the dishes I had that did not taste good.More

We eat in this buffet for many times with my family. Food every time the same, never change. My husband like it, kids eat just mac and cheese. this place good when you hungry and don't have a lot of time.

I really hate saying this but if I could give the nippon's a minus five stars I would. I have eaten that many Oriental buffets and this one was by far the worst. If they paid me to eat here again I would turn it...down. We went to the Lobster buffet and it's was lobster claws that had absolutely no meat in them. What I think was meat were these little dried out thin strips inside the claws. The crab was like mush. The shrimp and imitation crab was Pasty. The barbecue spare ribs we're flavorless and you couldn't recognize what you're eating. The breaded fried fish was undercooked. My wife said the white rice is hard she pushed the plate aside and got french fries and pizza. which she didn't like the pizza and the fries were okay. My son loves fried dumplings eat one and throughout the rest. My son have the rice noodles and lo mein took a few bites and didn't finish that either. I could go on but everything we tried was such poor quality. So we filled up on the jello and the slice fruit. We would have been better off taking the $50 is lighting it on fire at least we would have got warmed from it. The next day all three of us woke up with the runs. I get no pleasure out of giving this place a poor review but they deserves it. I highly recommend you think long and hard about spending your hard-earned money here and find another place to eat. I was excited to go to a buffet with all you can eat lobster and I took some pictures and the buffet looks good. But as you know looks can be deceiving. So my final note to you is to make sure you have some baby wipes on hand because you'll need them.More
