I frequently dine or take out their seafood. Fresh and delicious and economical. I recommend highly!

My wife and I are regular customers. We go mostly for breakfast but we have gone with friends and family for lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly, the food is abundant and reasonably priced.

I went for brunch here with kids. The service is excellent and the food is good. Weekend is usually crowded, so sometimes there is wait, but worth it . This is also a good pace for seafood.

On our annual trip north for a couple weeks to escape Lowcountry (Charleston, SC) summer heat index, we go directly to Captain Marden's in Wellesley for our northern Atlantic fish cravings. This place cannot be beat - both retail fish market plus the adjoining restaurant where you BYO wine and enjoy a fantastic 1 1/2 lb boiled lobster for 18... More

The staff always make you feel welcome and the food has always been just as I have hoped it would be. The prices are quite good too. I have visited most often for breakfast and have always been happy that I did...but lunch is solid also. Bonus that you can stop by the store and pick up some of the... More

Although Captain Marden's is known for seafood, I go for breakfast. Everything on the menu is great. Many meals come with large sides of fresh fruit and potatoes.

We have purchased seafood from the market part of Captain Marden's in Wellesley, Massachusetts for a number of years. This was our first visit to the attached restaurant. We went for breakfast and based on that experience we will be back. The space has an open feel with lots of light coming in. The breakfast menu is traditional with eggs,... More

Captain Marden's has the best seafood in the area. Their wholesale operation sells to the best Boston area restaurants. The retail store, which is attached to the restaurant, has the best seafood and prepared meals in the area. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's casual with some counter seating and take out. No liquor license, but... More

I've been here a few times and the food is great. It is slightly on the casual side so I go more for lunch than dinner. The staff are very friendly and I've never had a bad meal. If you are looking for good seafood and a casual environment, this is your place!

Family run (I think). Fried platter was excellent. Clams melt in your mouth. Scallops amazing fried shrimp and fish really tasty. Linguini with shrimp better than any Italian restaurant could make. And the best is the homemade corn bread served warm with butter. Make a trip. Your stomach will love you
