Love their prices and fresh food! The Thai salad is especially good, and the broccoli/cheese soup. Parking is a problem, though.

Again I come across great service, and every time I'm greeted with kindness I have the urge to speak about it! It's my third time in Panera and all within 2 months. The staff are generally great with me, but this one young gentleman with glasses, went beyond call of duty and made my ever so normal visit, full with... More

I went to Panera Bread on Arsenal Street in Watertown to buy 5 lunches and get pastries for 20 people. There was no body in front of me and I stood at the register waiting to be served. At 6 feet tall it was obvious I was there. There were 4 staff behind the counter, all busying themselves, 2 of... More

I generally love Panera, but the staff here is awful and the service is slow and rude. They somehow manage to make the food taste worse than any other location. Really wish this place was more like other Panera's, because it's very close to my house.

we got in line, then a manager told us to go to a different register, where the woman could not answer basic questions about the menu or punch in our order correctly. After 5 minutes of trying we went back to the other line, where at least the man was helpful. The wait was long, and while we were waiting... More

Standard Panera menu, options, etc... Service at this panera needs a major overhaul. When I last went the person taking my order said only one word: Here? Also - they need to do a major cleaning, it's quite dirty throughout the seating area. I hope someone reads this that works there so they can train the staff better to serve... More

Nice place to have your lunch. Like all Panera Bread outlets it is a self-service restaurant with decent menu. Soup, sandwiches and chips make up a standard lunch offering (especially for people like me who are vegetarian). Service was fast and staff was also very friendly.

Great location, in the Arsenal in Watertown. Ample parking, and free! Service is quick and friendly. Very affordable. Quality food. I have two personal favorites; one is the half sandwich with a salad (greek salad to be exact) and the other favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl! You can eat the bowl!!! YUM!

Fine for a quick lunch or dinner. We enjoy their soups. Not a fine dining experience, but food is consistent and same from store to store.
