Have been going here for many years and am always so happy to go back. Great selection, wonderful service and unbeatable value make this a true find. Have never had a bad meal so just order away and you are sure to be happy. Beer and wine are available but no cocktails.

This is a great little authentic Mexican restaurant inconspicuously located off Moody Street (Waltham's "restaurant row"). I've been here several times, both with co-workers and family. It has never disappointed. Portions are generous, so keep that in mind when ordering. However, they to provide "doggy bags" to customer whose eyes are bigger than their stomachs. I had the Banderazo, which... More

My son and I stopped in for lunch and I was looking forward to my favorite meal there, Chilies Rellenos. I had been making this meal at home and understand the effort it takes to make them right and had duplicated the texture and flavor I savored from this restaurant. Imagine my disappointment when they came soggy and not warm... More

Lovely find off the main roads. Worth a few yards walk from Moody Street. Food great. Service great. Charming find.

We love coming here. The staff is friendly and it feels "family-owned." They all speak English, but my husband enjoys speaking Spanish to them. Parking is on the street, so sometimes we walk a block or so, but the food tastes authentic and prices are reasonable. My mom is from Arizona, where she has her pick of Mexican restaurants. We... This is a small place on a one way street with no parking lot so you will have to make an effort to eat here. Inside are booths and tables, outside there are a few tables. Normally I would chose to eat outside, but on the very hot day that we visited, the air conditioning was important. You'll find a... More

Polite server, food served timely, authentic atmosphere (Telemundo on TV quietly playing the Olympics, thick glass soda bottles).

If ever in Waltham (or Boston for that matter) this is one of the Mexican Restaurants you must make a stop. There are plenty of Mexican Restaurants but only a few great MEXICAN restaurants in Mass and Taqueria Mexico is one of them. The staff is very pleasant and the wait is not long especially since they serve you a... More
