This restaurent is a decent place to eat a healthy vegetarian food plus cakes and nice coffee. It is run by a bunch of commited ,cultured and genuine people. They also speak acadamic english and can explain all the dishes properly .i go there evertime...i go to cumbaya and it is much healther and perhaps cheaper than the fast food you get at la scala mall down the road.More
This business thrives around the vegan alternative market and does a good job at it! Here you can find all the staples you need as an alternative to main stream markets, or visit during lunch time for a delicious menu. I heard the brunch is...good but haven't had the pleasure yet!More
I'm not a vegetarian, but after some friends recommended the brunch at Superfoods we decided to try it out. Superfoods is an interesting concept - cafe, wholefoods shop, and they also teach vegetarian/vegan cooking.
The brunch was delicious - a portobello mushroom topped with quinoa,...a salad of quails eggs with avocado, some quinoa muffins, delicious bread, and coffee.
We also took advantage of the shop - buying vegan cheese, kombucha, some delicious sourdough bread, and other tasty treats.
The service in Superfoods was excellent, Patricio spent a lot of time chatting with us about the food, the service they were providing. I will definitely be back for brunch and shopping.More
The team at Superfoods Ecuador have created an amazing destination for food shopping and eating out, themed around good (super) food and a healthy lifestyle. Love this place in a country that still has too few vegetarian options given the profusion of vegetables grown locally....Can't recommend this highly enough and look forward to my next opportunity to be there.More
I went to Superfoods to have brunch, based on the comments about the vegetarian food they prepare and serve. It is the first restaurant where I've got almond milk to accompany my coffee. The brunch was very good, especially the bread. The coffee could be...better.More
