Nice place to stop for coffee or ice tea. Good selection of pastry and bread. Not a large selection of groceries but adequate. Just off the highway.

All of the other reviews are the truth. Great coffee, baguette, pastry, and sandwiches. Uneven and sometimes indifferent service. Quality cheeses and other apps. A nice array of groceries. Very expensive. It's like being in the Hamptons without leaving the Cape.

While renting in Truro, I shopped at Jams. They have a good selection, make good sandwiches, have high a quality deli, but are very expensive. Drive 10 miles north to the Stop and Sop of Shank Painter rd in Provincetown to save a bundle.

We stop every year because they make a great cup of coffee and have delicious pastries at breakfast time. Yes, I have definitely sensed the snooty part but they have some wonderful new summer staff and it's a little pricey but it's all high-quality and there is Wi-Fi and it's convenient to the post office and the fresh seafood place.... I've been stopping by Jams for many years but only as a nostalgia visit because Truro was where we vacationed when the kids were small. Usually I may buy just a soda and go across the street to the small park. Each year it gets more pretentious and snooty. Frankly, I don't even think it's just the people who work... More

Jams "grocery" store is a little bit of Manhattan located on the outer Cape. When you are craving a bagel or some French Roast coffee or need a baguette or a roasted chicken, it's there, ready to serve. On a recent trip our guests brought us a bottle of pink Champagne from Jams. Who knew that any place in Truro... More

Two days ago, we waited for two sandwiches in an almost empty store for twenty-five minutes. When I asked if they were ready, the sandwich maker told me to wait my turn. Never again! I laughed at the reviews where the owner said that they were only open for three months. Is that an excuse for being rude? Hire some... More

Nice little market stocked with essentials - and items you might find in Whole Foods as opposed to the regular general store or Cumberlands farms that is a mini version of a low end grocery story. The coffee was a little weak for my taste, but the sandwiches are all excellent. Staff is very friendly.

Home of the $5.99 package of Nutterbutters! Good sandwiches to take to beach. Limited produce but plenty of tee shirts
