I have eaten there before aned thought they were ok - nothing great but ok. Tried the Pizza today and won't do that again. Thin crust which is what I wanted but it is dry and cracker like - not good dough - pizza itself...was nothing to write about - skip the pizza - if you go - get other entrees.More

Our family has been going to Luna Rosa's for more years than we can remember so we decided on hosting our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner there. Significant in that my daughter and her now husband's first date was at Luna Rosa's. We worked with Dave...the owner on the menu and planning for the event. Easy process and Dave made several suggestions that made the event better. We had a great family-style dinner. Appetizers, salad, three main courses, and dessert. The service was great. We had two dedicated servers and they kept everyone happy. The price was very reasonable and great value for the money.More

Just went there 3-18. It did not have costumers separated. One waitress. About five chef’s. Some were not wearing mask or there not nosewas not covered. Took the waitress a long time to come to us. (It was not busy four booths). When the waitress...did serve our meal my friend asked for water and never received it. I had to flag the waitress over to get the left overs to go. She was very nice then. We payed our bill but left a verysmall tip. We would never go there again.More

I usually love the Shrimp Scampi Pizza but tonight I got take-out and when I got home, I saw the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt. This pizza should have never left the kitchen - clearly something has to be done about quality control.

A business associate and I neither of which from the area asked for a good Italian restaurant. The food was great and everything felt homemade. Our server was excellent. She was fun and professional with great service. I will surely return.

Local restaurant in a strip mall. Found the service excellent and the food was outstanding. Whether it was the salmon, haddock or pork chops everything tasted great. They make their own pasta and have a nice menu to choose from even pizza. My one and...only issue is that it gets very noisy. The staff is very friendly and the portions big. We will be back.More

We had never visited Luna Rossa although we are often in that area. We were looking to try something different. I tried the Cantaloupe Martini which didn't quite taste like a cantaloupe and had no sweetness to it at all. We order the arancini, again...there was nothing about it that stood out as tasty. I had the bolognese and my wife had the pumpkin ravioli as our entrees. Overall I would say nothing that we ate tonight gave me any thought if ever returning. The place was busy but with a window seat I can't recall the last time I saw so many people standing outside smoking. The place is in a strip mall with a liquor store, Dunkin Donuts and a convenience store. All the parking close to the restaurant was 10 minute parking only with only 1 handicap space close. All of the other parking is away from the restaurant. We won't be back.More

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch here recently. The Veal Parm was excellent along with the zitti. Spagetti and meatballs was very good also. Portions were ample. Pistachio ricotta pie was a fabulous ending. I will return.

They expanded the interior to add more seating, they make some of their own pasta, and they keep you in smiles.. Food is Very good and the servers are pleasant. I do think the menu could be expanded a slight bit, but the locals continue...to fill the room. This particular night we ordered; Linguine Frutti di Mare Shrimp, calamari, scallops and mussels in a light plum tomato sauce. Orecchiette Pasta ears with sausage, broccoli rabe and sundried tomato, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and red pepper flakes. We are so glad we ended up here after the place we went first was overbooked. We were promptly greeted and seated by a friendly host. Our waiter Kevin came right over with waters and bread with a delicious dipping oil. He gave us time...to look over the menu then came back to get our orders. We started with a Caesar salad that we all shared. It was delicious. Shortly after we received our dinners which included lasagna, eggplant parm with linguine, and chicken Marsala with homemade risotto. The pasta was all made fresh and you could taste it. We were all pleased with our meals. We were too full to consider dessert but we saw the tray going by.... definitely tempting. Being a Sunday night, it was quite busy but everyone in the restaurant looked like they were enjoying themselves. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.More

We went in without reservations and we were lucky to get a table. It was a bit noisy but the food was good and service very nice!

My friend and I were having lunch at Luna Rosa, where we have dined before and not had any problems. I ordered a glass of wine and once I started drinking it, I realized it was bad. It was a white wine, the color was...off and it had a vinegar odor. My friend agreed. I called the waitress over and told her. She replied that the wine was fine and continued to argue with us. Finally, I asked her to have someone else check it. The next thing that happened was that the owner came to our table with a wine glass, making a big showing and started talking about the characteristics of the wine. He said that he opened a new bottle and wanted me to try it. Next the waitress brought over with a glass from the new bottle. After asking me how it was she said that it was from the original bottle. When I said that the owner said he opened a new bottle, she said, he didn’t. They were being so rude and making such a big deal about a glass of wine from a bottle costing less than $10. They did bring me another glass of wine. I asked that we have another waitress, which was not honored. The staff and owner made me so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I would never come here again.More
