This is a small restaurant so I suggest making reservations. A lot of theatre people go here before or after a show. The food is very good with a good variety of meals.

The food was okay, but definitely not worth the price. The service was not good and our waitress was not friendly. She never told us about the specials. She was extremely rude when we asked about changing a vegetable choice.

Our waitress was not very friendly. She came to take our drink orders and took my wine order but did not wait to see if my friend wanted something to drink. After passing by our table several times, we stopped her to ask if there was any non-alcoholic beer. She responded no and walked away. She did not ask if... More

Melissa's is a sweet and quiet spot in town. The first time we walked by, it was hard to tell if it was even open. But as soon as we inside, we were given a warm welcome :) The food menu is somewhat limited, depending on what you are used to, but enough options to cater to anyone. The calamari... More

The food was good until I found cat poop on the floor. Gross. Disgusting. Not much else to say about the dining experience.

Stay away if you expect a fine dining experience. Food was very poorly prepared and tasted like it was microwaved several times. It was also awfully salty and full of cracked pepper. Service is slow. There is one waitress serving the dining room. She actually took off in the middle of taking our order! Most of the positive reviews are... More

The food and waitstaff is fabulous. My husband and I have never been disappointed with the dinner entrees.

Went with friends for dinner before the theater. Shortribs were very good, but the place has a definite ant infestation. Haven't been back since they remodeled. Hopefully they addressed this problem.

Everything was great, except that they ran out of scallops. So I opted for the duck and it was really good. Its nice to see a variety of risotto's on the menu. We informed them that we were going to the theatre and gave ourselves 75 minutes, but the food still took longer then expected, even with our notice, so... More
