If you're ordering one of the house specials be sure to ask the price beforehand and make sure the wait person checks it out. We asked the price of a special and our waitress said "I think it's $30. but I could check it out on the computer." My husband ordered the special and since we did not hear anything... More

...not that I am, or ever hope to be royal! The chef in this restaurant is an Artist. You may not believe German-style cooking can do wonders with fish and shellfish, but the chef in this place knows how to make blaukraut, sauerbraten and dumplings but can also turn out an amazing lobster dish. The waitresses are all dressed in... More

An excellent dining experience. Attentive friendly service in a homelike atmosphere. We have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. All menu items carefully prepared and presented.

If you are searching for a dining experience uniquely excellent you must visit Vienna. From appetizer to dessert accompanied by a carefully constructed wine list your culinary experience will be memorable. I've dined at Vienna numerous times and can say there are no misses in the kitchen. Combine that with the conviviality of the Inn and its keepers, Lisa and... More

Because we had a Restaurant.com gift coupon and we were going to see a favorite band play live at The Cannery in Southbridge, we decided to just stop there without a reservation or any expectations. All we knew was that it was German cuisine. Little did we expect such a delightful experience starting with opening the exterior door and a... More

We were in the area for a wedding and decided to try the Vienna Inn because we rarely go to a German restaurant. I had a spinach, sweet potato strudel for an appetizer. The individual flavors came through a delicate flaky pastry. My main course was domestic boar. The meat was tender and flavorful, prepared similar to pulled pork. the... More

Southbridge was not a town in which I expected to find a first class German restaurant. My wife and i have now dined there twice in a month and have given a gift certificate to family as well. The Vienna had a very small and intimate feel, and the food was marvelous. Often German restaurants serve up heavy dishes which... More

My wife and I our two dogs, and our friends stayed at this terrific inn and restaurant and were all very pleased. John, his wife Lisa and their two daughters were the best of host and hostesses you will ever find. We were greeted with drinks upon arrival and treated very well. We practically had the run of the inn... More

Had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch here and enjoyed every minute. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. I felt as though I was in a home in Austria. Our meals were delicious. I had the Boar. We also enjoyed salads and shared an awesome dessert.

Took my mom with a group of 8 for her 97th birthday. Lisa arranged everything ahead and we could have not been more pleased. Our waitress was the BEST. We were there for 3 hours and never rushed. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to have a a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the desserts were... More
