We have recently returned to the US after living abroad in Germany. Our dinners brought memories of our time overseas. Our Jagerschnitzel and Tafelspitz were authentic and wonderful. Our waitress was excellent and the Hostess of the Inn greeted us like old friends. The German beer and welcoming fire pit topped off an amazing evening! Visit here and enjoy a... More

Dear Karen, First we would like to know when you visited us as we are puzzled by what entrees you ordered that were "Soggy"? It's quite vague to us and were hoping for more details of your experience so other trip Advisor followers can learn from your review. We offer pheasant cuisine from Austro-Hungary and they are as traditional as... More

We hadn't been here for at least 10 years, but were invited by some local friends to join them. We had heard some strange stories about the place but that it had been spruced up and the ownership was trying harder, so.... why not? Service was fine, however the food was late, cold, and tasteless. It looks like it has... More

Dear Diner, We are pleased that you thoroughly enjoyed our other restaurant the Metro Bistrot, as we see you gave it a great review. It's a shame that we didnt' have a chance to meet and would love to know the day you visited and the server who served your group. We see there is no description of a single... More

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Vienna while traveling in the area. The restaurant encompasses the lower floor of the Inn, so it is small and intimate. Decor and ambiance are lovely, and the smaller size allows for conversation. We enjoyed our entrees and dessert. The restaurant appeared to be slightly understaffed the night we were there. While the waiter was... More

My aunt is originally from South Tyrol. My mom and I visited her family there once for 3 weeks. It was a little piece of heaven! So, every now and then, I search for German, Austrian, Hungarian restaurants that might serve up some homemade sauerbraten, sausage, spätzle, goulash, etc. to visit. We decided to venture out to this Historic Inn... More

Hello, It was a pleasure taking care of your trio last April. It's disappointing to see your unhappy review as I was the waitress who took care of you. I'm flabbergasted by your unfortunate 2 star review. We are flexible and want out guests to go home happy but at the same time by no means are we mind readers.... More

Everything about this restaurant is lovely and tranquil. The table was lovely set with linens, flowers, candles and china. There was a fire in the fireplace. Our waitress, Whitney, was a China Doll - so welcoming and pleasant. I had their wine sampler, which was well worth the money (4 good size tastings). We had their Potato Rosti's, Fried French... It is always a great experience eating at the Vienna Restaurant. My wife and I met our newly wed friends that were staying at the Vienna for their honey moon. The food was great as usual, my wife loved the Martinis and I can say I enjoyed the scotch... Jonathan and Lisa are excellent hosts and always make you feel... More

This restaurant is a gem! Vienna offers a wonderful selection of Austrian and German food. One of my favorite is the Goulash soup. Love the atmosphere. When the weather permits it, we love to sit outside by the fire and enjoy our dinner.

On our way to Boston for the weekend and we got hungry. I did a search for restaurants from the car near us and found this little gem. It's also a guest house. The food was great and very authentic. The restaurant itself was also very authentic in its decor. The price was very reasonable . We were very pleasantly... More
