We dined there on a Thursday evening... not to busy, but busy enough to have made a reservation and people were still coming in after us. Our reservation was at 8:00pm We were seated promptly and our server was very attentive. The service was not an issue as much as the food. Since this was the first time we were... More

The food is very good. We have been here twice and enjoyed it both times. It can get busy on weekends as it is also a sports bar. They have gluten free options for those needing this. They can accommodate large parties. Their hours are very good also. The servers are very attentive.

I go to Redbones frequently. It is informal, fun, crowded and noisy. It also offers a variety of good basic barbecue (dry rub, sauce, pork, beef, chicken) with a ton of great side dishes and good desserts. The beer list is good. Great choice for an informal night where you eat with your fingers.

When you get near here you can smell the barbeque. You know it will be good before you go inside ! Inside had a cool decor just like good southern barbeque place . We were seated quickly and the baby back ribs and fried okra was awesome !! Pulled pork sliders where perfect with a little slaw on top !... More

I have eaten at Redbones a few times and it has been fantastic every time. Great food, lots of craft beer (which, if you're indecisive, can be chosen buy a wheel) and an interesting aesthetic all contribute to making this a great restaurant. The staff were friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. Also, Somerville is an interesting place to walk... More

My aunt craved BBQ. And living in Italy it is always a treat when it's good. This was really good. My uncle risked the brisket and wasn't disappointed. Even the beer perfectly complimented the meal. I would recommend it to anyone looking for informal BBQ dining.

My wife & I have always enjoyed Redbone's. The owner is originally from down south. The food is always consistent and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Not to mention Redbone's has been around for a long time and is a staple in Somerville.

I come from a long line of Redbones' lovers. My family and I have been eating here since the early 90's and it's delicious every time. Their pulled pork sandwich is the most delicious BBQ sandwich I have ever had! There is nothing else like this sandwich- it's piled high with a generous amount of tender meat, comes on a... More

Great Ribs, generous sides (2), crafty drinks and cool vibe downstairs = great group experience. St. Louis ribs came of the bone real easy, and compared to other rib eating experiences, weren't messy. The restaurant is located in a cool area as well.

Always a win! Best brisket ever! Have been a fan for almost 30 years and never disappointed. Margaritas hit the spot on a hot day .
