We ate at Dali last week and I found the food to be very average. The fried items - veggie croquette and samosas were mediocre. The garlic shrimp were swimming in oil. Will say the rabbit dish had a nice sauce. The best part of the restaurant is the decor. Its lively and exotic. The service was good.

I've been going to Dali since 1995 and it the quality of food and ambiance haven't changed a bit, which is to say it's great. Get a large pitcher of Sangria and the Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp). The staff is friendly and are more than happy to sing you a song if it happens to be your birthday. Go there!... More

I love Spanish food, having spent some quality time in Spain. So it is with critical taste buds that I eat at Spanish restaurants in the US. We ordered a selection of items to share and washed it all down with sangría and it was a wonderful meal. We had the most interesting and fun waiter. Great service, great food.... More

I have a rule where if I run across a new bread pudding or flan, I've gotta try them. The brioche bread pudding was lighter than I normally run across. One of the best and different enough to avoid passing up. Excellent flan was also lighter than I normally run across. Never had candied citrus with it before - also... More

Tapas are fun. Lots and lots of selections. We shared 4 or 5 different ones - scallops, cauliflower fritters, chorizo with butter beans, chicken, mushrooms in artichoke caps - I'm not doing any of this justice. The descriptions were great and the sauces that each were in were truly delicious. The tile work in the restaurant is gorgeous. The place... More

This restaurant was suggested by a college room mate whom I had not seen in 30 years! We met there for dinner a few weeks ago while I was in Cambridge for a baroque dance workshop. (Yes, I am a member of the lunatic fringe!) The food was great and the service attentive. We enjoyed the tapas ( including several... More

Came in for dinner - the tapas were still as great as they were 20 years ago when we last visited. Good for dinner with a group. Noise level makes it challenging for those looking for a quiet romantic venue.

This was my first time visit to this restaurant and I can't wait to go back! Close friends of the owner joined us for dinner and ordered everything for the table (of 7) and everything was delicious and great. It happened to be the owner's birthday and he joined us - what a treat that was and his daughter who... More

Our group (5 adults) had dinner at Dali and it was wonderful. We were lucky that there was no wait and we were offered a table right away, which is pretty unusual for this place. The decor is quite unusual and there is lots of artwork to look at. We ordered a variety of tapas, a fish cooked in salt... More

Yes you have to wait if you go to the restaurant. Our 20-minute wait ended up being more like 40 minutes because there is no way to know when people are going to give up their table. But the hostess kept us informed and apologized for the late and there was nothing else that she could do. Quality restaurants are... More
