Real disappointment

I would like to know who else used to go in daily, never skipping a day, getting the same amount drinks, shots beers, etc and the same meal, all through out covid even, while staying at the hotel across the way while their home had extensive work done to it for months at a time? Most people can understand having a home away from home, a place to get away to and compose themselves, to breathe, to feel better or safe at. I am only writing this because wrongly and stupidly so I made mc Morgan’s my home away from home. For the past few months I have enjoyed coming there, I have always enjoyed the sports bar scene, drinks, a crowd and burgers . I’m sure most people can relate! Well tonight months on months later they refused my usual, and even tried to jack the price up on me by double the cost!!! As if they don’t make enough off the drinks! As if I don’t have something they consider my usual! I’m not sure what’s going on, wether money is tight or the business is slow, or they do this as some type of marketing scam but I grew up where u give support to ur local mom and pop establishment the business, and they take care of you..! Because they understood business and the fact anyone can sling a burger some fries a beer even a shot. I guess mcmorgans became to full of themselves to take care of me and my money wasn’t green enough @ $80,$90+ a night.... it’s unfortunate but be it as it may like said they’re not the only place that can cook burgers fries and serve drinks, don’t get caught up like I did. There are lists of places in the area that will treat you nicely, with respect , and serve a good drink with no bull. I am a foodie, I know all the sites and tons of people. I will be posting this and much more on each food platform I can. I have never been so disrespected by employees at an establishment I not only come to EVERY day but at a place I considered myself more than a patron but apart of the fam. meal close to Best Western Plus hotel and Patriots Plaza

WE enjoyed our meal and the service was great. The portions are too large so everyone gets a to go box ! Go with a hungry appetite and/or share a entree. The hostesses were rude The server was fantastic Meals were good.

Great atmosphere

The atmosphere was great. The food was ok nothing absolutely crazy amazing but it was good. We shared an appetizer and then ordered our meals. Waitress was great. Based on pricing I'm not sure we would be back but maybe it was an off night

Nice Restaurant but Absurdly Poor Management

I was in a party of four for dinner. The meals were good and two of us had Guinnes Beef Stew which they said was excellent. The problem was that the waiter was new and unsure of how to be a waiter. I don't blame that entirely on him because he seemed to have been poorly trained and, I can say for certain, that he was unsupervised. When he delivered our drinks there was a disaster. The wine glasses shattered on the ground and the wine (yes, red wine) flew across the table. One gentleman's shirt and pants were ruined. (His wife's pants were also doused but I can't say for sure they were damaged irreparably.) Even after that: 1) When the woman who'd been doused asked if she could get a 2nd piece of bread to go with her stew, the waiter said he'd check. He never responded until asked about it when he came by to ask if we needed anything. The answer was that he'd have to charge for the extra bread. (!!) Her meal and her husband's should have been comped, and that would probably have cost less than the new clothes. 2) In spite of glass breaking, people jumping out of their seats, and the clothing of customers being ruined, we never saw the manger. Not so much as an "I'm sorry" from anybody but the poor anguished trainee waiter. Absurd.

They charge you $1 for the plain cone, and .50 for sprinkles…. $1.50 BEFORE any ice cream

We had the ice cream to go from the Crescent Ridge ice cream stand at Mick Morgan’s, And it was terrible. They have a very limited selection of ice cream flavors, AND they charge $1 if you want to have you some ice cream in a cone!!!! This is NOT a “fancy” cone, it’s just a regular, out of the box, sugar cone! Ridiculous…. AND, if you want sprinkles…. That’s and additional .50. Thus, a family of four is paying $6 before you have any ice cream. Clearly we will not be back….

Horrible service. Horrible food. I can’t even blame the waitress who showed up every 45 mins and had no clue. Nobody ate their food. 3 1/2 hrs for bad still frozen food

Great choice for late dinner near my lodgings (Econolodge)

Excellent French onion soup. Beef tips and garlic mashed potatoes. Got the clam chowder to go. Service was spotty, but it was almost 10pm. Food did arrive quickly, but I had to ask several times for napkins and utensils. Excellent beer selection - I had an IPA from Wormwood.

Good food and atmosphere

First time visit. Very large restaurant with plenty to look at. Went for lunch. Had Hawaiian loaded fries and loaded nachos to start all yummy. Then we had burgers . Very big sandwiches and lots of fries. All delicious! Cold beer with ample choices on draft.

Business Meeting

Interesting spot. Came here for a business meeting. Nice atmosphere, great service and food was good. It is easy access most days (Check Gilette Stadiums events). Great place for a casual business meeting. Will be back.

Gigantic menu

We had a team dinner here. We had a group of 30 and had the back room. The food was pretty average but relatively inexpensive. They handled our group well and there were no complaints . The menu is huge too.

Popped in to grab a late lunch - very good food with good sized portions. <3

I was helping a friend out and they suggested we go get lunch and they really wanted a burger so we came to MM. We sat at the bar which isn't were I would first like to sit, but the ventilation was good so I didn't care. Big TV's on so I did get to see some football games while we waited for the food to come. I ordered the fish and chips and my buddy got a burger plate. Food the came faster than I thought it would - the place was hopping with lots of groups of people. Food was cooked perfectly and it was HOT! <3 Good sized portions and they didn't try to rush us out of there. Bathroom was very clean as well. :-) I would definitely go back there to try some of their other dishes! <3 They had outside propane heated igloos - groups of 3 or more I think. Because the bar had such good ventilation - we didn't even ask. Try it out - worth waiting a bit if you are in a group. YMMV.

Great staff and excellent food

Have been here many time and staff is outstanding and foos is terrific! I have had all the salads which were good. The salmon which is new it excellent. Steak tips and pretty much anything that you order will be served hot and by terrific staff.
