We got popcorn shrimp, fried clams, clam chowder and chicken sandwich. Everyone said their meal was good. They have a full bar and soda too.

Having grown up on the Cape, I'd been to this location a few times and remember it as being just okay. However, on a recent visit it was probably our best meal. Fish sandwich was delicious as was the broiled salmon sandwich (extra points for...the very good gluten-free roll-hard to find at many places). Sides were good and the price, though high, seemed quite reasonable compared to other places we visited. Overall, very satisifed and will not wait so long next time to return.More
We were looking for some seafood while on the Cape, and this place is a must!! Great selection, even if you are not a seafood lover. There is tons of seating. Once you place your order, they will text you when it is ready. Portions...were good sized and we didn’t leave hungry!More
Travelling with a group guaranteed a line-up when ordering. But staff still hustled to get us in. Food was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering, using a buzzer system, after you seat yourself. It is pandemonium during the rush, so be forewarned. Outside and the...farther dining room are quieter. The bar is a nice touch, and you can order from there and avoid the line. Portions are large and the prices are very fair for the Cape. And they have a vegan burger. Woo. The canal is a short walk away, and nice after lunch. A good visit and experience for all. We will be back.More
The ordering system is poor. Our food never came out finally they told me our order was dropped on the floor in the kitchen. We got fried clams So not an unusual request so not sure why they “ had to start over”? Horrible experience....If you want to get fried food and don’t mind waiting and a stressful experience to get it and want to eat outside near canal it’s probably your best bet. The stuffed clams looked amazing. The service could be improved and there doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Get your own ketchup condiment station with no room to do anything. Skip the hassle they put it on your tray anyway.More
Always my first stop after crossing the bridge! The best seafood place on the Cape! Never had anything but superb food here! Don't miss this place! Oh and it's on the canal and beach.
We order the baked and fried platter and add 2 bowls of clam chowder- the only thing that I can remember is too much chips (fries) on our plate.
We had a delicious dinner at this casual and reasonably-priced restaurant. I had haddock and chips, and my husband had fried clam strips and French fries. Portions were generous, and staff was helpful and congenial. We picked up our food at the counter and draft...beers at the bar. I'd go back in a minute if I could.More
Very popular place n I can see why; food was excellent. Husband had clam strip platter n clam chowder which was very good. I had fish filet sandwich w cold slaw. You place your order then go to your table n they text you when...order is ready for you to pick up. It’s a serve yourself restaurant. They have indoor seating n outside on patio n also picnic tables on the grounds. Really nice place n enjoyed the food very much.More
Great fried lobster and haddock plate. We get take-out and eat over at canal. Watch boats go by and people fishing.
We entered this restaurant while on search for something for lunch and had a nice surprise. Our lobster and crabster roll were simply excellent. The ladies at the counter were nice and we do recommend this place
Had a casual dinner and drinks on the outdoor patio. Sunday night was a 40min wait but is was lovely at the marina. Staff was friendly, live music was nice. The seafood and drinks were very good.. I would go again.
It has been many years since I was last on the Cape. This place is perfect - the seafood is fresh , crisp and light - not oily and heavy. The large deck is perfect for families and there are tables under the trees for...extra space. This was also a perfect spot for those with dogs. HUGE portions too. Lovely to walk along the canal after eating too.More
Whenever we are at the Cape, eating at Seafood Sam's on the Canal is a must. We had haddock dinners which were very tasty. Take a walk along the canal when you are finished eating!
Good seafood that does not break the bank. outside seating was plentiful, they brought in extra tables and set them up in the lawn this was good because out door dining was a must
