Young girl answers phone "Hello" instead of identifying the business. Sometimes she picks up the phone and tosses it on the counter and makes you wait before she answers. 90% of the time the order arrives wrong. Place isn't the cleanest either.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Revere Beach. I ordered the beef and it was a great sandwich - thin slices, tasty, juicy. The restaurant is crowded. Maybe most people take the food to go? The kids all found food they liked too so that makes it a good place to stop.
