This place is great to have a drink and sit outside on a couch and look at the ocean. We didn't eat here, but the cocktails were good.

After hearing so many suggestions for other restaurants, we stumbled upon this restaurant quite by accident. First off, the restaurant is apart from the clutter and crowd of the bustling street. Located on the secluded third floor of a shopping complex, the view of the water is spectacular! The setting is elegant, airy and open, yet cozy and romantic. Our... More

We were on vacation by boat and there for 4th of July. We had tried to get into Jimmy's Hideaway for dinner but without reservations impossible. The owner of the Hideaway suggested trying Ross ..so off we went. We were greeted by a young and inexperienced hostess...it was 6pm and she told us we could not sit at bar and... More

Having tried most of the restaurants in Ptown over the years, I must say that this is by far the best. Which says something considering how many good restaurants Ptown has. It's not more expensive than any other similar place but everything tastes great. The staff is very nice and the owner is lovely. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

Very nice meal at Ross's Grill. One of the best views in P-town. Nice lounge on the porch, comfortable seating. Good waiter and sat almost immediately with a reservation. Mussels appetizer delicious, although mussels were small. Tuna somewhat over cooked. Halibut excellent although pricy and lobster claw extra seemed only to justify price. Overall good meal, but should be better... More

A bit expensive for what it is and "only OK" drinks, but the space, view, and service are very good. Unfortunately only bad "neon" maraschino cherries in the drinks instead of the real Luxardo ones that should be the norm at nice bars. Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce is to die for, so leave room for it or take... More

Tucked on the 2nd floor of a building facing the harbor was Ross's. Turned out to be a gem of a place. Went with my parents, and we ordered a Beef Carpaccio appetizer which was done very well, as well as a delicious bowl of New England Clam Chowder. For mains, I had their version of a Spanish Paella which... More

We've eaten many times at Ross' Grill and it is the perfect combination of fantastic waterfront location, fresh food and excellent service. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Whether it is in a group or sitting at the bar, you won't be disappointed. I've had many of the items on the menu and everything... More

Found this by friends recommendation. But it's not easy to locate. Walk down a cheap arcade with tatty tourist souvenirs and voila there it is. It was full when we arrived but they took our mobile number and were told they would text us when the table was ready They were true to their word. 10 minutes later we got... More

I started with an appetizer of Wellfleet oysters. One can order the number of oysters (or clams) that you want. Tasty, although all oysters on the half shell are essentially the same. Disappointed on the small size of the oysters - they were absolutely tiny. (I had never had Wellfleet oysters before, so was surprised.) Linguini with halibut, scallops, and... More
