We stopped in for a beer, which was ice cold and delicious, and ended up having lunch. we started with fish chowder, which we weren't quite sure about, but, that was the soup of the day (no clam chowder that day). It was DELICIOUS; full of potatoes, and haddock, and veggies. It was filling in itself, so we split a... More

Came here for a later dinner and enjoyed the oysters along with the fig and prosciutto sandwich. Excellent service and good selection of bar food.

We returned to Squealing Pig after having eaten here on another visit in 2013. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Our "medium" burgers though were well done. Drinks were generous. The place was packed with locals and tourists. Will give it one more shot this vacation

This is a dark rustic restaurant with no water view on the east end of Commercial Street. Their food is reasonably priced and very good. Provincetown food is relatively expensive as most waterfront resorts are but Squealing Pig offers a good menu that is reasonably priced. Their chowder is smoked haddock and excellent but if you want traditional clam chowder... More

Stopped for lunch. Busy with a short wait. Table and bar seating. Friendly staff and tasty food. Had the seafood chowder and a seafood platter, which only comes fried.

had not eaten here in many years. I was meeting two friends for lunch and they suggested meeting here. It is a favorite place of theirs. I ordered the roasted tomato, bacon and avocado sandwich. It was accompanied by a small salad instead of fries for a nominal up charge. It was very good! It was very obvious that quality... More

The bar tenders were fun and attentive. The bloody mary and raw oysters were amazing... just the right amount of horse radish. We also got a lobster roll that was equally amazing. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a shopping break.

They do have great Welfleet oysters swimming in liquor but that is about it. Other items are decent and service is a little hectic and unorganized. We ordered oysters "asian style" which was forgotten in a matter of minutes as we got regular style..... they were great though.

Being Irish I had to visit the only Irish bar in PTown. After travelling around Boston and NY city where Irish bars are buzzing and bar service is excellent. The Squealing Pig on the other hand was such a let down. I walked in and stood at the bar for about 7/10 mins waiting to be served because the bar... More
