Got there for a late dinner after a perfect whale watch. Getting a table was quick and easy, but it took some time to get to order our food.Seemed to the waiter/waitress had forgot about us. After we ordered our food, everything went well. The food was good, but the knowledge on wines seemed to be missing with the people who... More

Opening earlier than most restaurants on Commercial, the Bradford offers a wide selection of breakfast standards. Seating is available inside or out (you can bring your dog along if eating outside).

Our family of 4 was hot and hungry and the Governor Bradford was nearby and seemed like a good place to sit and recharge at lunchtime. The food was ok but the friendly waiter and refreshing AC was what really made it a pleasant lunch for our tired crew.

We were sort of early dining for breakfast here and were one of three tables occupied at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Most of P Town doesn't wake up until 10 a.m. The waitress went out of her way to tell us that her mother was from Virginia, our state. I got the Lobster Benedict and if you read any... More

had dinner in here while we were in town... have been here before, but, it had been awhile... we had a couple of beers, and alice had the Chinese chicken salad, I had the thai salad... both generous porions, and quite good.

My family and I ducked into the Governor Bradford on a drizzly day, and we enjoyed a nice lunch together. The actually dining room is quite large and very comfortable with a lot of natural light. The menu is diverse with an excellent selection. The food is pretty average but, based on the service and atmosphere, along with good food,... More

The shrimp scampi was fabulous. Seven plump fresh shrimp over pasta that was not overly garlic laden. Salad was included and it was fresh and tasty with a flavorful house dressing. The fried calamari dinner was deep fried to perfection. The Caesar wrap was also very good. Our server, Vladimir, was attentive and helpful. We will be repeat customers!

Went there for dinner with my family on a Saturday night. It seemed like a good place to eat after spending the afternoon walking around and taking in the sites. Getting a table was pretty quick but our food and drinks too extra long. 2 of us had ordered a simple margarita with salt. What we got was sour mix... More

We stopped in here with friends on a busy afternoon in P-town. Our first clue should have been that this "restaurant" wasn't crowded; we easily got a seat. From then on, everything went downhill... It took ages to get service, the waiter forgot our drinks, the food served was cold, uninspiring and downright mediocre. I'm not quite sure where they... More
