Front Street is one of the places we MUST go to when we are in Provincetown, The food is always well prepared and the atmosphere is wonderful. There are always interesting specials, but the regular menu is awesome--you will definitely find something you like. We will go back again next year....just wish we lived closer so we could go more... More

Wonderful menu, delicious vegetarian (saluted escarole and white beans) and pasta (seafood puttanesca) dishes delivered with attentive (non-intrusive) service.

Subterranean, brick and beams, great lighting, cozy rooms, good, friendly, attentive service, but OMG - the FOOD was the BEST I have had in years. Do not miss this place!

We have been coming to PTown for years, and eating at least once at Front Street is always a must on every trip. We have never been anything but impressed with the food and the service at this fine establishment. Located in the lower level of a beautiful victorian building, it is a quaint place with brick wall, exposed beams,... More

We ate at several restaurants in Provincetown and this was our favourite. So much so, we returned for a second visit. There is a varied menu and a good selection of wine. The staff are friendly and welcoming and our waiter made sure our dining experience will long be remembered. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys eating good... More

Zucchini flowers appetizer tasted like they were fried in week old oil! Yuck! It was so humid outside and the air inside was no better. Their a/c is not equipped to handle a full to capacity crowd combined with hot and humid weather. So we obviously were uncomfortable even before we were served our food. Our waitress was nice enough.... More

We had an enjoyable meal here. It's advertised as fine dining which is slightly misleading. It's good, comforting Italian food - nothing elaborate and nothing outstanding, but good nonetheless. Wine list is reasonable and service is efficient. Probably not ideal surroundings for height of summer though it's quite atmospheric.

We have been vacationing for many years in Cape Cod, but this is the first time we have been to a Front Street. Yes, it is expensive. And yes, it is worth it. Fine dining at its best. The 5:30 seating was quieter than by the time we left at 7:20 and allowed easy conversation. The decor is simple but... More
