Thumbs Up

We've eaten at 9 Ryder each of the past two summers, and after two very good experiences I'm going to give it a big thumbs up. It's small, cute, with a fun and lively atmosphere. Although we didn't sit there, we enjoyed looking at the small bar area with its funky chandeliers. Not a lot of... read more

Love the atmosphere on the dock overlooking the water. The restaurant is small, has an intimate feel, and very friendly staff. All the dishes we had were delicious. Will come again.

This Italian restaurant has a weird feeling. It seems to be either too up tight or just not all together. The menu looks great but I me and my parter were not pleased with our choices. Both seems to be uninspired and lacking something. I'll pass.

Second time there, first good, second not so much. Beautiful view over the harbor, nice decorations etc. it was a cool windy evening, and they left most of the doors and windows open, we shut some but it was still cool in there. Appetizers good, baked artichokes and prosciutto, antipasto plate. Mozzarella and tomatoes - for end of year tomatoes... More

Absolutely one of the best places I've eaten in Ptown this year. Do the specials because these people are creative chefs! Oh yeah: also the best view in Ptown as it is the only place literally on one of the two people based piers. Its a tiny place so call ahead or prepare to eat at the bar (which has... More

Tucked on the harbor, this little restaurant is a great find. With only 10 tables, this restaurant is intimate, on the water and offers authentic italian recipes.

We (a group of 4) had dinner here and really enjoyed it. The building looks rustic from the outside but is charming and intimate on the inside, with windows looking out onto the water. There is a small bar decorated with several artsy chandeliers that looks inviting. Our table for four was cozy and dressed with a white tablecloth. The... More

Great food! Somebody in the kitchen really knows what they are doing - one of the great meals we had during our Cape Cod road trip. Wonderful service. Fantastic location and views. 'Thank You' to everyone at 9 Ryder - hope to visit again if we get back to the Cape.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends at this restaurant. It's right on the pier and has a beautiful view of the water. It's small and intimate and has some delicious Italian food. The menu is diverse enough to find something for everyone. I had the spaghetti with fresh clams and it was delicious!

In a tourist friendly location on the Provincetown pier, our "local" friends took us to a cozy, "local's" Italian with a clubby, welcoming atmoshphere. Great views. Friendly service and, of course, really well made, well prepared Italian food. The comprehensive menu has something for everyone. Pastas, meats and seafood were all excellent. Highly recommended.
