Stopped in for a drink nd a little something to eat. Cozy outside seating that is plenty COVID safe. It was a cool evening and while outside getting a some air it was also comfortable. Had a good glass of wine and local beer with...a great cucumber salad and fries. All very good. Attentive staff without being overly pushy. Will come back again.More

This place looked so cute from the street we decided to stop in for a beer, big mistake. They were not quite opened yet but the bartender saw me through the gate so I said to him " you guys open at 4 right?" To...which he replied "that's what the sign says isn't it?" We should have left right then and there but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he didn't mean it to sounds as rude as it did. We go up to the hostess behind the plexiglass and she informs us we have to order 2 complete meals in order to have a drink. Mind you every other establishment in P Town is ok with ordering some apps due to the covid regulations so we were taken aback by the policy of 2 entire meals. We told her we had dinner plans at another place but asked her if we could take the food with us when we left. She said that would be ok. We order the beers and soon after the food comes out. We asked our waiter if he could pack it up for us before we left. At that point the bitter bartender jumps in the middle of the conversation and says "you can't just sit here and drink you have to order food " Really you idiot? I have $50 worth of food that we ordered. We're all about abiding by the new rules and were in no way trying to not order the food. We had been told by the hostess that we could take the food with us. We quickly shut that nasty bartender down, finished our beers and fled. The waiter was apologetic. He clearly knows that the bartender is a jerk. Everywhere else we went in Provincetown was so friendly and warm and appreciative of our patronage. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Horrible rude service and they're taking advantage of the pandemic regulations. FIRE THE BARTENDER HE'S MAKING YOU LOSE BUSINESS.More

Had dinner at Nor’East Beer Garden in Provincetown. It was a very different menu and the food was very good. The salad was sliced veggies and the entrees were mostly cold, except for the pork hamburgs and duck sausage. The scallops were served raw, sliced...thin in a slightly spicy sauce. We will definitely return.More

Food was overpriced and the staff had attitude. If you want more souce, you'll get charged. If I'm paying a lot for food, I don't like getting nickel and dimed and then the staff defending charging more for the additional condiments. And as far as...being a 'beer garden': you'd have just as big of a selection at Applebees or Chili's.More

We were lucky to get a table right away in busy July, and so happy we did. Started with th Filipino ceviche - fresh fish in a coconut milk lime broth and the Chinese 5 spice wings. Oh my goodness so incredible. Then the pork...and lettuce salad, and calamari panzanella. The best cocktail was an arugula mojito - simply amazing! Had a couple glasses of wine, wonderful service and reasonably priced. Best meal in a long time!More

We dined at Nor'East twice during our two week stay. The Cape Cod Painkiller cocktails were SO. GOOD! I think I had like 7 over two visits! (I wish I were exaggerating!) The Avocado Tacos were also delicious. The BEST food item was the fries...with Chinese spices. It's a mix of 5 spices, including Cinnamon and Star Anise. I wish they sold the spice mix to take home!More

We live in Provincetown and did not know this gem was on our front street! As first-timers, we were “coached” by our server as to the menu selections......needless to say, we were NOT disappointed! We ordered 3 entrees. Each one different and oh, so delicious!...Yes, do stop by for a beer and some yummy food! Friendly, helpful servers very helpful, too.More

Nice outdoor setting, friendly staff. We didn't want a giant meal so we grazed on a few appetizers, all very good, but none knocked our socks off.

I happened to stop by this place for a late evening dinner because the neighboring restaurants were too busy. As I was looking at the menu posted outside, I was greeted by the very personable and attractive hostess, Hannah, who basically sold me on the...restaurant based on her personality alone. I was traveling alone so she was very accommodating in seating me at a nice table in the patio overlooking the street. They have a good selection of draft beers, as the name of the restaurant suggests, so I started with a glass of the blonde lager which was nice and refreshing. For my meal, I started with a regular mixed green salad which was good & fresh as well. My entree was the grilled haddock, which was excellent. The skin was crispy and the fish was moist and flakey, just the way I like it. It was served over baby Japanese eggplants prepared I believe in a very light but tasty sauce or purée. Yum yum! Every bite was an explosion of flavor. All the while I was being entertained by the lovely and lively Hannah, who I can’t speak more highly of. Oh yes, the server was great as well! I can’t wait for my next trip to Ptown so I can sample more of the fine innovative cuisine and craft beers!More

Hi there! We do allow dogs at two of our tables (special license from the town) and we can let you know where those are. Cheers!
