So a group of us went out to eat and Rio's was the best place to dine out. Its a small restaurant with a lot to offer. I'm not sure what the menu was cause everyone got the same thing. Its a unique buffet bar...with a variety's of salad options, hot foods and many differents types of salad combinations. I personally was happy with the buffet, but during our meal, grill chefs walk to the tables allowing you to choice different types of meat selections,(Top sirloin, garlic beef, lamb, chicken, chicken wings, sausage) just to name a few we tried. For the amount of food, I thought the price was fair. (I mean, they are running a business) so if you think $30 per person is much then maybe Golden Coral is more your style. We just love the atmosphere and the quaility of food they served. AllieMore
Meat was too garlicky and salty. Steaks were tough and dry. Not happy when my 11 year old barely ate from salad bar let alone had no meat and was charged adult buffet $29 and even told server 16 year-old doesn't eat meat. Salad bar...was fresh, clean and lots of variety. Best part was the roasted cinnamon pineapple. Bill was over $200! So not worth it. Even though the pineapple was delicious.More
I was in Plymouth for a conference. My wife and I were looking for something different not just another seafood place. I found Rio Brazilian Steakhouse. This place is incredible. A very relaxed ambiance with comfortable seating. But the food... FANTASTIC! So many assorted delicious...sidedishes for every palate. Incredibly spiced and cooked perfectly. Such a variety of meats (steaks, lamb, chicken, and pork cooked on skewers (even cinnamon-covered pineapple on skewers) perfectly prepared in the doneness of your choice. Like clockworks they periodically kept coming to our table. We were treated like royalty. Absolutely a must visit for a special occasion or even if you are just in the area.More
This place is really interesting. The best Salad Bar by far in the region and while enjoying that the Gauchos swing by with skewers of beef, chicken, lamb that will be sliced thin and you grab it with your own tongs. Seriously fun and elegant....Also excellent cocktails, wine choices, desserts and friendly service. Tables in the bar area extending into a dining room and seating outside if the April rains ever stop. If you are on your way south towards Plymouth don’t miss this stop!More
