We sat at the outside bar and experienced superb service. Great variety of unique cocktails and fantastic food. I enjoyed Fish tacos and quohogs. Spent over 100 for the 2 of us but it was worth it.

Took friends from Arizona here for lunch. It was a beautiful day, so we sat out on the deck. Three of us ordered the fish & chips, which were delicious. Hand-cut french fries were yummy. My friend ordered the salmon lunch special, and she ended up taking half home for supper! It's not in the downtown Plymouth core area, but... More

I arrived hungry after a long day of travel and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was busy, but not overwhelmingly so. I ordered the pan-seared scallops. In the meantime I enjoyed the warm, freshly baked bread. My portion of scallops was generous and perfectly cooked. The accompanying vegetable was delicious. All in all, an excellent, satisfying, light dinner.

Stopped for dinner at the outside bar. Like the menu choices and the prices of the food are reasonable. Thought the drinks were a bit too much, but the food quality and portions were perfect. Good to know they are open all year around. We'll return.

We arrived when the shifts were changing from the afternoon shift to dinner shift. It wasn't that busy.... yet everyone seemed frazzled, talking amongst each other and service was in disarray. Apologies were extended for slow service. I feel that seeing this is a routine that happens everyday.... shouldn't service run smoothly? Anyway my food was also disappointing. Very salty,... More

This was our first visit to 42 Degrees North and I am glad we decided to try somewhere new. It's a bright, nicely decorated restaurant. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. All of the staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. We had a party of six (my husband and I, our three children, and my mother). We visited on... More

We have eaten at 42 Degrees before but never outside. We had a wonderful dinner. Our waiter Arthur was wonderful. You can tell he really cares about making sure everything is just right. Their fried food is always very crispy. Could use a little more salt but I guess one can add that oneself. I had an eggplant appetizer for... More

Many things were good - atmosphere, varied menu. However, please don't order the baked stuffed lobster. The stuffing is tasty, but it is marketed and priced as a 2lb lobster. There definitely isn't a 2lb lobster's worth of lobster meat in the stuffing. Very little tail meat, no knuckle meat and the claws were from a lobster much smaller than... More

On a beautiful Friday evening, we had dinner on the deck of 42 degrees North. A small outside venue but well managed and comfortable with a much larger dining area inside which also appeared comfortable and inviting. Great service and outstanding seafood. The 4 of us had 3 different seafood meals along with a delicious calamari appetizer large enough for us... More
