After reading the reviews I talked my husband into trying this restaurant. It is off the beaten path but we found it and parked right in front . We went in at an off hour finding it empty but was greeted by a very friendly waitress. My husband had one of the lunch specials and I had an appetizer with... More

Restaurant staff and chef was very exact on my Lactose and Gluten allergies. Food and price were very good. Plentiful and delicious! It is a Mom clean cooking! The best there is.

We read good reviews of the restaurant and since we were seeing a play in the nearby Barrington Stage Co., we decided to give it a try. I had the fried pork skin with rice, beans, sweet plantains and avocado. My wife had the grilled pork chop with my same sides. We asked for it without the egg. The large... More

If you're looking for Colombian food in the area, look no further. Located outside the usual touristy circle, it was nice to find a place that felt "local" during our visit to the Berkshires. We found the restaurant accommodating for our large group, and the service was surprising quick despite all our orders (10+ people). The portions were extremely generous;... More

With my Haitian buddy La Fogata has become our favorite destination for an authentic :Latino meal. It is owned by the Colombian chef Miguel Gomez. Over the years the business has been expanded but the cuisine remains superb. There are a number of affordable and delicious luncheon specials. I love the plato tipico with its combo of steak, plantain, rice,... More

We have been here many times and the food, the service and the beer never disappoint. The food is fresh and delicious, with seafood, pork, beef and chicken. The wait staff is courteous and helpful. Wide selection of Central and Southern American beers and some wines. Aguardiente, cachaca and pisco, too! The decorations are sparse - all the attention is... More

We went here on a Sunday night based upon a Yelp review. Although we were the only customers, we had a very nice meal at a great price compared to most Berkshire County restaurants. Fresh green salad came with every entree. Chorizo appetizers and empanadas were both great.

Hands down the best Colombian food around! We have been loyal customers for years and feel like we should have written a hundred positive reviews by now. This place has authentic food that always satisfies! The typical plate is our go-to dish. In all the years of eating here we have never been disappointed!

In a straight dump of a neighborhood, but a recommendation from a friend said it was a couldn't miss while we were in town. Platter typical numero uno. Forget it. Everything was beyond tasty and flavorful. We also tried the tripe soup which was perfect for a super cold day and an adventurous eater. Rad. No bar or Colombian cocktails... More

Clearly one of our favorite restaurants in Pittsfield. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place - but the food is superb (all freshly cooked to order; mostly Colombian specialties), and the owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Service can be a bit sloppy. For soccer aficionados, there is always a game on the many TV... More
