So because I was born in this area and grew up going to this restaurant , I always return for a piece of Prime rib when I am home. I have never had anything but a great meal here. The servers are professional and we always walk away saying , so glad we made room in schedule for this. However,... More

Good basic food, the fish was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was really good. The waitress was really helpful and the service she provided was good.

We were staying in Peabody and came here for breakfast olmost every day. Food is reasonably priced, wait staff is excellent. The quality of the food and size of the portions were excellent, too!

My stepfather and I ordered the filet mignon and both were cooked perfectly. Baked potato was delicious and cole slaw was good. Drinks were great. We loved our desserts, which were fudge brownie and oreo pie. Our waitress Dawn was A+ - everything a waitress should be. We will come back again when we are in the neighborhood. Thank you... More

The food here is so bad it's unbelievable. I don't know how it gets any good reviews. The hostess was downright rude and the food was inedible. The waitress was nice enough and didn't charge me but still. Yuck.

A friend and I had dinner here. Prime rib was on special. It was a healthy cut but lacked flavor. The potato and green beans were nothing to write home about. My friend said her haddock was good but the stuffing wasn't.

Very consistent, very clean, food is very good, staff is very good. We do enjoy eating here at least a few times a year. And the appetizers they bring around to each table, the popovers? Yum!

I recently brought my mom out to dinner for her birthday and her pic was the Century House. I was a bit apprehension when we walked in and everyone looked over the age of 80. I have never seen as many canes, walkers or wheelchairs outside of a nursing home. We ordered moscato , potato skins and two seafood dishes,... More

But I can't. This restaurant is one of those old school iconic places that amazingly I had never been to despite have lived on the North Shore for most of my life. Took my mother for her 84th birthday. Service was excellent. Mom and I ordered the prime rib with clam chowder to start. The clam chowder was flavored really... More

Stopped in here recently for after dinner drinks, which led to desserts. We had their Ice Cream Puff with Hot Fudge and a Hot Fudge Sundae. The Hot Fudge, could have been hotter, but it was extremely thick (and not Hershey's Syrup) and heavenly. While there tho, we saw various customers eating huge portions of mussels and I think I...
