Only 15 stools in an authentic diner. The couple who own the diner are blues fanatics, so be prepared for BB King or Stevie Ray with your hash browns. The food is outstanding - right down to home made sausages. Way above normal diner / breakfast fare, and in an extremely lively atmosphere.

Blueberry pancakes as big as your head and a kid favorite for my boys! There is a train that runs along a track inside around the perimeter of this cool converted train car. Alicia always asks before giving the kids anything extra like powdered sugar or a Hershey kiss at the end of the meal which I really appreciate. She... More

My wife and I finally had the chance to stop into the Little Depot Diner in Peabody sq. Our timing was perfect as the diner only has counter service but the wait was well worth it. It was recently sold to a young, dynamic couple who have kept some of the older train memorabilia but have also added a rock... More

This place is super small like maybe 10-15 bar stools but oh what a place! It's everything you would want your typical diner experience to be. Great atmosphere, SUPER friendly people, delicious food, GREAT music! You may have to wait but it is worth it and while you wait you are served a fresh hot cup of delicious coffee! Oh... More

Great little (15 seats at the counter!) diner. Staff was great...very personable and attentive. Breakfast was delicious....Hungarian sausage very good...I especially liked the fact there were no fillers or preservatives. We just had basic eggs and toast with that, and my husband had the hash, which he said was very good. Wish we lived in MA...we would definitely be regulars!

My boyfriend decided to treat me to breakfast and I chose to check this place out since he lived pretty close. The staff was super welcoming and you can tell most of the customers were regulars. The breakfast was on point with the homemade hungarian sausage to the belgian waffles! Please check this little place out!

My wife and I saw a review of this diner on TV and figured one day we would try it. Today we had to leave the house early and were looking for a place to have breakfast. This was my first time here and we came for breakfast. Good atmosphere, great blues tunes, excellent food. We were greeted and asked... More

Very tasty, fresh breakfast. House made Hungarian sausage scramble = on the money. Hubs had French toast with "special butter" and he gave 2 thumbs up; son had traditional Benedict and he cleaned his plate. Also sampled the special hash and it was perfect! Crispy edges and soft savory middle. "Best in the world" chocolate milk. All in a quaint,... More
