Abba has been a very good to excellent restaurant in Orleans. The Pad Thai is the best on Cape Cod. Always a good selection of innovative appetizers. The service can be spotty however.

The cuisine is really a cross between Israeli and Cape Cod. The owner is a very charming man and he has trained an excellent staff because service was top-notch. My first course of soft-shell crabs was very, very good. Perfectly crisp on the outside and...More

Cuisine is Mediterranean and Thai. The food is outstanding, the service friendly and professional and the atmosphere quiet and welcoming. I recommend dining there if you are near Orleans.

I would say that $200 would cover it very nicely, with some wiggle room. Three of us dined there for $275 (with tip) with the same parameters, but we also had a cocktail before dinner.
