went for late dinner over July 4th. Nice space, not crowed, good drinks and food. Interesting mix of Asian/seafood.

We were out on the Islands for 4th of July this year and we were walking around shopping and we just stopped in for a mid afternoon cocktail and had great service! We would for sure go back.

OMG-- I am soooo sad. I am a big Beetlebung fan-- historically eat there 3-4 times a season....I considered it my little secret-- as it is at the far end of Circuit Ave. The drinks are the best (and still are) however we have had...More

We are sorry you were not impressed as usual with the food quality. It is especially concerning - and surprising - as our food this Season- particularly our award-winning Drunken Noodles and new menu items East Salad, Daily Catch, and grass-fed Bone-In Ribeye - has...More

Four of us went and had an excellent meal. The menu is small, but everything we selected was excellent, including scallops, stir fry, and BBQ sliders. Inventive approaches with high quality local ingredients. The drinks were also creative. We shared the fried banana split for...More

Thank you for the "excellent" review! Our Banana Split with House-made ice cream and fried banana is new this summer. Glad you enjoyed. Please come back soon!

We tried this restaurant for a change of pace. The decor is lovely, but the food was lacking in flavor and it was expensive. I had a stirfry with tofu - bok choy, tofu and maybe soy sauce...no depth of flavor. There are better restaurants...More

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your menu choice. Had we known we would have been happy to substitute it with something more to your liking from our eclectic menu such as our award-winning Beetlebung Drunken Noodles with lots of fresh bold flavors....More

I was given a menu and ordered a glass of wine. When I proceeded to order food off the same menu they said they were not serving food. I begrudgingly paid for my $12 glass of wine. When I went to sign the check I...More

We are sorry for the confusion. On weekends we serve Brunch until 2pm and Dinner begins at 5:30pm. Although there is no table service in between Brunch and Dinner, our cocktail bar remains open for drinks only. We try to convey this through outdoor signage...More

Thank you for your "epic" review! A Regular recently told me that The Trade Secret Margarita, with its trade secret lime foam, is probably the most photographed food item on Martha's Vineyard. I think he's right! She is a beauty. Please come see us again...More

This is a somewhat upscale restaurant by Martha's Vineyard standards. Oddly, they close right after Labor Day where most restaurants stay open until Columbus Day or are year round. The presentation of the dishes is noteworthy but the amount of food is not. We ordered...More

The restaurant was nice with good ambiance, but a little on the pricey side. My wife and I each had a noodle dish, which was quite tasty.

Description
Beetlebung Restaurant & Bar is the summer hot spot on Martha's Vineyard for local farm-and-sea-to-table gourmet fun food and award-winning cocktails. Our fresh in-season greens come from Island farms and the herbs we use are from our own garden. Our seafood arrives fresh daily from Menemsha, the Vineyard's up-island fishing village. Our bone-in prime ribeye is 100% grass fed. We're farm to bar, too. We craft sensational cocktails using fresh mint, thyme, and rosemary from our garden and over a dozen fruits and berries from raspberries to watermelon. "Best Recipes 2017" for Drunken Noodles - Cape Cod Life. "Winner, Best Craft Cocktails in New England" - Yankee Magazine. Thank you for a spectacular Season! We are now closed. See you next Summer!
