Strong contender for one of my favorite meals on the island. Laid back atmosphere with attentive service. The wait was reasonable at about 30 minutes during peak hours and the island wait list service is perfect as we could walk around while we waited. We...were able to catch beautiful views of the shore while the sun set and visit a few other places that were good. Thought most people opt in to sushi and lobster rolls, we enjoyed cajun Mahi Mahi and good fried seafood platters. Lots of Red Sox on the screen. Like every place on the island, meals are huge. Bring home leftovers.More

The best lobster roll on the island in my opinion and we’ve had several different ones. Big, sweet chunks of lobster with a crispy, buttery brioche roll. The lobster tacos were also highly rated by our group

We stopped at this place for lunch after a morning touring Martha's Vineyard. The location was great and we enjoyed the ambience. We split lobster rolls and clam chowder. Both were wonderful. We would happily return.

This place was great. The food and the service was great. We had one warm lobster roll and one cold lobster roll. Best lobster rolls on our entire drive up the east coast.

Wrapped up our tour and time spent on Martha’s Vineyard, but had time to spare before the next ferry departure. As such, had dinner at the Lookout Tavern. Service with Taylor R. was friendly, helpful, timely, and easy going. Our cocktails of Blue Tie Affair...and Lookout Lemonade were pretty tasty, the former more so than the latter. Entrees of crab cakes and patty melt burger were impressive….flavorful and ample size. Value was above average. We would return. ( P.S. Great slaw !!)More

This is probably the best restaurant in Oakd Bluff. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere was fantastic. The lobster bisque was the best I have every had. The lobster roll was excellent as well as the shrimp and drinks. I did not care for the...house made chips.More

We have been to the Lookout many times & although it's generally crowded during the summer months, the food and view are fantastic. The sushi is our favorite, although we also love the burgers, coconut shrimp and fish and chips. It's less crowded in the...fall so you're more likely to get a good table with a view then. Definitely will return here!More

We love the sautéed lobster roll so much we came back for lunch twice! The roll was overflowing with juicy lobster meat and the beer were cold and refreshing. We sat at the back rail with a view of the ocean and ferry. Great place...to go when you arrive to reset and when you leave for a memory! Service was friendly and food arrives fast!More

Loud, crammed, busy, expensive, delicious. That about says it. $42 for a fried clam plate, $41 for a seafood platter (lots of french fries) but delicious food and plenty of it. Great waitstaff...terrific bartenders which are a great floor show...they move like lightning. If you're...looking for a relaxing dinner out...don't come here. If you're looking for some of the best fried seafood on the Island (urp!), this is the place.More

Awesome location directly off the seastreak ferry with great view of the ocean. Good food and drinks. This was the latest place open for both food and drinks that we could find in Oaks Bluff.

We sat on the rail at the end of the deck looking over the water. Happy to find a seat in a very busy restaurant. Wait staff were friendly and provided good service in light of how busy they were. I had chicken tacos with...the house made potato chips. Both were good. My wife had crab cakes that she enjoyed. Cocktails and beer were fine. I would not make a special trip for The Lookout, but is was a good spot to get a bite and a beer if you are in the area.More
